Perfect Get Away on San Juan's Best Beach
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in ESJ Tower. When I pressed the PH button, my wife thought I was joking. This unit is nicely appointed with comfortable bedding and everything needed for a get away vacation. The view is spectacular. We sat on the balcony for a glass of wine every evening after returning from the day's activities. Even though this is a studio unit, it felt plenty spacious for the two of us. Highly recommended. A+++ Thank you!!

all was good. the only thing, was that the neighboring hotel put in a huge, loud, ac system. No fault of the owner, but if you are looking for a place to sit out on the balcony and listen to the waves lapping onto the beach.... this is not it

Our PR pre cruise vacation
We stayed in this unit for 3 nights prior to our cruise. Loved the location on a beautiful beach. Fun to be on the top floor or “Pent House” floor. The view was spectacular. Nice to have a full kitchen and everything we needed . Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Thought the price was a great value. Would recommend and hope to stay there again.

Comfortable apartment with fantastic views, and some noise issues
Located on the 17'th floor, the views over Isla Verde beach are fantastic. The apartment really looks and feels like someones vacation home, which I prefer over the sterile feeling of a hotel. It may need some new paint, but that is purely cosmetic. Unlike the building itself which feels like it could make a great set for a depressing sci-fi or horror movie. The only major downside of the apartment are all the loud fans from air conditioning units (both in the building itself and from neighbouring buildings) - if you are not used to it, bring earplugs, and if you are used to it you will probably not notice it enough to care. The beach club next door appears to play loud music on weekends that is so loud that everything in the room vibrates even with all doors closed. Thankfully it stops by 8pm. And until the pool below is repaired, expect jackhammers on and off from 8am to 5pm on weekdays. You hear surprisingly little from the airport though, as the building itself shields from that noise. Other than that, it is a really nice apartment with fantastic views, comfortable bed, useful kitchen, good bathroom, free parking in parking garage, close to restaurants as well as a supermarket, and friendly host that was easy to communicate with. Would not hesitate to stay here again - after the pool has been repaired.

What a view!
Loved our stay. Beautiful view. Comfortable condo and bed. Loved the communications from the hostess, Isabel. My every question was answered promptly. We really appreciated her. Great location. Easy beach access. Close to several restaurants. Grocery store is a few blocks away and so is CVS.

Isabel (The Hostess) is a great communicater and responds quickly. Excellent location for dining and beach access and the view from the terrace is wonderful and very relaxing in the evening while listening to the crashing of the waves. Checking in was nice and easy with an underground parking near the elevators to the penthouse and security by the front desk. I'll BE Back!

The view is great and the location is convenient. The host had a defensive air in her communication when I ran into difficulties. The repetitive texts and emails from the host were a bit intrusive. Found the bed, floor and refrigerator with sand.

The property was clean, safe and as advertised. Access to the beach was just a few steps outside.The balcony was awesome. The bed and furniture were comfortable. Lots of places to eat nearby as well as a supermarket. Would definitely come back.

Relaxing
Isabel is a gem. This is my 2nd time staying at her place. Its worth the view and location alone. Space is comfortable and clean and I would stay here again. Some things to note which are out of Isabel's control, pool and other amenities are closed with no ETA but the beach, great food and drink are footsteps away. You can also buy a pool pass from nearby hotels if you need a pool day.

Great Location
The unit and location were outstanding. The views from the balcony overlooking the ocean are stunning. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with and the check in and check out process was very simple and easy. The unit had everything that we needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The only reason I dropped my overall rating by one is that this property appears to be a unique combination of a hotel and separate units that are privately owned and furnished. During my time the hotel closed the pool, onsite bar, restaurant and coffee/lunch facilities. The only options available for coffee, snacks and soda was vending machines. There is a full service market about a ten minute walk so getting food/supplies etc. is easy and the unit is fully equipped with a small kitchen -refrigerator, micro wave etc The beach is so beautiful which is where we spent the majority of our time but it would of been added value if the very nice lobby bar, pool and restaurants were open. Hopefully the hotel will reopen these other facilities which would give this location / unit a total overall 5 star review.

Amazing Ocean View
This apartment was so perfect for me needing a couple of nights last minute mid week. Isabel is a súper host accommodating me and following up on all aspects pertaining to check in. From the minute you walk in you are presented with a jaw dropping view second to none. I never wanted to leave the room just gaze at the views all day and night. The condo unit has a king sized bed and what seems like a Queen pullout couch. The furniture and decor is very tropical and lovely. The kitchenette provides everything you need for cooking, spices and coffee filters. The bathroom is updated and overall a 10!!

Perfect view to wake up to every morning.
Title sums it up nicely. It was a nice property with a beautiful view. Perfect for decompressing after a long day of exploring the island or grabbing some food. Perfect distance from necessities, not to mention access to a private beach. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Honeymoon
Amazing. The view was incredible. The room was very clean and had everything we needed in it. I would recommend a dehumidifier though. Isabel was great. She kept in touch and the process was so easy. I would recommend this place to anyone. We were steps away from the beach. Make sure to take cash to the beach. We rented chairs every day (5$ Each) and umbrellas($15) but if you get there early you get a good spot under the trees. Other rentals out front included, parasailing, jet skis and banana boat rides. There are also vendors walking the beach selling drinks and snacks. Though nothing in the resort was open, we found a lot of great restaurants near by that are ocean front. I highly recommend snorkeling with pure adventure! Our honeymoon here was amazing and very memorable. I cannot wait to come back every year! PR is our new favorite place.

Excellent Stay
Second time renting on this location. Was excellent with easy access to roads from and to the airport. The studio was clean, well equipped . Ms. Isabel is an excellent host and the instructions for checking in and out were simple and easy to follow. It’s located at walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and the beach. I would love to stay there again in the near future and definitely recommend a 100% for a vacation.

The apartment is exactly as seen in the video, very nice, clean, and with a spectacular view of the beach. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the cooler! The air conditioner worked well, we followed instructions, and the room temperature was perfect. The building is undergoing renovations, but that did not affect our stay. Grateful that the host was responsive and helpful.

The hotel is under some construction but when you have a room on the top floor you don't even notice it. The rm was very clean with everything you may need & since there is no housekeeping you may wanna bring xtra towels but thanks to Isabel your host even that may not be needed. Isabel made certain that all our needs were met. Should you need anything or have any ?'s she was always quick to respond. A very honest person who won't mislead u! The hotel is n a safe location surrounded by other hotels & right on the beach. The view from the balcony overlooking the clean pool and the beach was awesome. The restaurants we visited had good food & was within walking distance along with local stores as well. Remember ur masks cuz they r mandatory. Over-all a great stay in Puerto Rico.

Amazing Room and View--hotel a little annoying
This property is within a hotel, and the staff aren't the friendliest. You have to wear an annoying cheap wristband while you stay there. There is also a $100 deposit you have to pay the hotel when you check in. I wasn't aware so it put a small dent in our vacation budget. The room is amazing and the view is perfect. There is a lot of construction going on at the hotel, so at times it is loud. The large hotel next door also has a DJ that plays music from 1pm-8pm on the weekends and the music is LOUD.

Amazing penthouse ocean view
My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary in Isabel’s penthouse unit, and we enjoyed every minute. The photos are truly representative of the unit, and the view is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning and evening, as well as lounging at the pool and beach, which is steps from the back door. We will absolutely return to this unit every time we return to Puerto Rico!

Amazing view! Loved having breakfast on the balcony! Bed was comfy, and ceiling fan was wonderful. Room was clean, and staff were very nice, especially Hector. The pool was warm and it was so relaxing to lay in the sun. Grocery store was close by, as well as many restaurants. Used taxies for first few days- $17-25, depending on where to. Then rented a car (free on site parking) to explore the island. Only issues- water temp hard to regulate in shower (but good water pressure), and loud music, at times, from hotel next door. But we would stay here again!
