Perfect Location

Overall, our trip was outstanding, and while the ongoing work on the building was a marginal distraction, it didn’t take away from our experience.The apartment was somewhat clean, though we did notice that the floor corners were definitely dirty. We also encountered some bugs in the kitchen, which seemed to have a home in the wall behind the knife set. Additionally, only having one set of keys proved to be a bit of a challenge.That said, I truly appreciated Paola’s constant communication and the politeness of the staff on-site. Their professionalism made a positive impact on our stay.

Vicky's Oasis on Luquillo Beach - Love it!

We greatly enjoyed our December 2024 stay at Vicky's Oasis, Luquillo Beach! It was a wonderful & relaxing 7 day visit at Playa Azul 1 space. We appreciated the fine details, like the nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and bedroom furniture. The beach was wonderful and we also enjoyed various local restaurants, nearby bakeries and convenient laundromat right next door. Paola’s online support before and during our stay was great! Thank you!Definitely recommend this space to others and we will consider coming here again. Great location with friendly, courteous & helpful security and maintenance staff. Thanks Vrbo for making the booking process easy.

Absolutely enjoyed

Vicky’s oasis was absolutely perfect for my solo get away. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The beach is right in front of the building and there are a few bars and coffee shops in walking distance. You will absolutely need a car if you choose this location. Nonetheless, the communication with the property manager was easy. I enjoyed my stay so much I extended it a few additional days. If you’re looking for a beautiful relaxing place to stay I highly recommend! Only cons- need more towels ( I did request additional and someone did bring some at my request) -the A/c unit is on the patio making it very warm with the hot air blowing.

Yes and no

Apartment was clean, pleasant. No complaints at all. BUT the beaches, although fairly clean, are full of people yelling, drinking beers, over eating. Like being the center of Coney Island on a July day. No chance of peace and quiet. The supermarket is expensive. The neighborhood homes have bars over the windows, doors and occasionally over the entire homes. I’ve seen enough!

Centrally located to all east Coast events. Super clean, gated, secure. Excellent service and hospitality from the management with quick responses. Equipped with mostly everything you need, including beach towels and chairs. Stunningly beautiful deck view of the ocean and the sound of beach waves at night. Highly recomended.

Gorgeous apartment unit, modern, clean, right at the beach!

We loved this property, all amenities you could need were provided including great cooking and kitchen wares in the full kitchen and beach chairs and a cooler. The location is superb for sitting in the deck and viewing waves crash at Playa Azul beach right accrues the road. Location was great for walking to stores and some restaurants. Would love to return!

Excellent Choice

We stayed for 10 days. Very clean place and is exactly as listed. There is no dryer/washer but property manager is quick to reply to messages and gave two laundry locations upon arrival. Offers a beautiful view of beach. In a good location to visit San Juan, El Yunque Rainforest, the ferry to go to both Culebra and Vieques Islands, and Fajardo Marina Puerto Chico to ride mini boats and snorkel on Cayo Icacos Island and several other small Islands. We used Kayaking Puerto Rico for our different adventures. They offer various excursions that are very close to this location. A great chioce for a couple to get away. One bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and livingroom/dining room space. Ideal for two people. Only downfall, which is out of property managers/owners control, is that the Puerto Rico government will shutoff power at random. Happened two times at a duration of about 2-3 hours due to power conservation. Property manager was quick to reply to our text messages and kept us updated. Entire area was without power during instances. Does not effect the stay. Just go and have fun on beach until power comes back on.

Would definitely return!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Vicky's Oasis. It was the perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed. The location was close to San Juan, the rain forest and snorkeling! The neighborhood was quiet and we could hear the waves all night long! Just don't forget to write down the lock code for the when the keys back when you check out! LOL. A few more dish towels would also be nice since there isn't access to a washer or dryer in the condo.

Would stay again!

Great location, the condo overlooks palm trees and ocean. The balcony has no rainforest view but is super close to the beach. Literally steps outside to be at the ocean. Sounds of waves lull you to sleep and are the background for morning coffee on the deck. The condo had everything we needed for our stay - would recommend a few more or higher quality beach towels and kitchen towels/rags. There was no washer/dryer so a week of using the same beach towel wasn’t ideal, but definitely not much to complain about. Bed was comfy. Air conditioner in the bedroom was amazing, tons of controls to get it exactly how you want. Had only one small interaction with property management during our stay to troubleshoot the WiFi connection, but they responded promptly and the issue was quickly resolved. I would note that the Internet connection was good for TV and phones, but for some reason my iMac didn’t work the best and kept dropping the connection. (I took it as a sign to stop attempting to work and go to the beach instead!) Check in and out was easy, no issues. Cute little restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Overall was a great stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to getaway from a long winter!

Luquillo Beach Balcony condo

Super clean, safe gated location, with parking for 1 car. Beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. Every available amenity and necessary supplies beach towels, beach chairs, ironing board were in apartment. Bed was very comfortable, linens and towels were substantial. We felt like we in a 5 star hotel! Easy check-in and check out. Management responded quickly and answered questions online.

Beautiful Stay

I would stay again. Great location. Safe and secure. Condo as described and is stocked with dishes and cook ware. No oven, just a small toaster oven, was not a problem for me just sharing incase ur thinking of picking up frozen pizzas. Pictures show a washer and dryer but it was locked in the closet and I wasn't able to use it. Small mishap with keys, it was a small inconvenience but did not negatively impact my trip. U should have 3 keys, 1 for condo unit, 1 for building, and 1 for pool/beach access. Comfy bed, couch and beautiful views. I loved waking up to the sound of the ocean.
