Lo sentimos mucho por su experiencia con la luz sin embargo la limpieza no damos cuando la estancia solo es de dos noches porque damos limpieza cada 3 dias. Mil disculpas.

The beach you could not enjoy the hotel was just noisy no rest could not enjoy no peace being it's was beach front ..the guest was up all night with nosies very disturbing and the shower was not hot water no TV and no rest from bar next to our room not a good experience being it was beach front but it was not clean hotel floors was swollen and bathroom clogged

Overall, I would stay here again. Water pressure was terrible and no hot water. Bed was very comfortable. Towels were provided and onsite bar was fun with great staff. Very walkable to a lot of restaurants. Wish they had loungers or designated sunbathing space near the water line

This was a wonderful place to stay. Right in the beach and one minute away from the Diving School which was perfect for us. Unfortunately, loud music is being played at the bar/restaurant all night which makes sleeping difficult if you have to be up at 7am every day for diving… regardless, great property and perfect location.

Convenient location. Right on the beach, walking distance to everything: shops/restaurants/diving/snorkeling tours/airport. Beach on property.Restaurant good food. Room was very, very old. Make sure u get a Deluxe room, ask when the room was updated.

This is a very basic, simple hotel in the downtown area of San Pedro. Rooms have the bed(s), a private bath, mini fridge and TV. It is right in town so it is easily walkable around town. The location is great, though a bit noisy at times. But it is right on the beach. It is within walking distance of the airport and water taxi and close to lots of good restaurants. There are many dive and tour operators close by. It could use some upgrades as it is starting to show its age. My biggest complaint was poor water pressure. Overall, not a bad place to stay for a reasonable price.

The location is great! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They do provide water which is a hige plus. The lounge chairs are great with a wonderful view of the sunrise. The beds are not comfortable and the shower is weak with only warm water.

We stayed here for 4 nites. Was exactly as advertised. Not fancy just good comfy accomodation. Would have rated even higher except for outrageously loud music from neighboring bar one nite.

Cute little hotel right on the beach. Can literally walk right out of your room and be on the private beach. Hotel service was incredible and helped us book an amazing snorkeling tour at Hol Chan and Shark Ray alley, they were flexible with check-in/check-out, and the dining restaurant connected to the lobby was very delicious and good prices. Highly recommend for a relaxing, isolating trip!

Check in was easy, and the hotel is conveniently located both on the beach and in the center of everything. It's a five minute walk from the airport and water taxi. There's also a good restaurant downstairs

Lower your expectations a lot!
The location is perfect and that's what this place has going for it. The Customer Service for the hotel was great too. For the restaurant on site it was hit and miss. However, the hotel is run down and could use maintenance. And while I expected it to be pretty basic, not providing shampoo/conditioner or even a towel for each guest, is simply ridiculous after paying US$150/night.

I recently stayed at this location and found it to be very well situated, especially for those interested in scuba diving. It's conveniently located right in front of an excellent dive shop, making it incredibly easy to access equipment and plan diving excursions. The room itself was basic but comfortable, providing all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. However, it's worth noting that there can be some noise from events at the restaurant, so light sleepers might want to take this into consideration. Overall, if your main focus is scuba diving, this is an ideal choice due to its prime location and proximity to a reputable dive shop.

Great place to stay. Great staff, clean right on a nice beach and to my surprise they were filming the movie Blood Knot starring Michael and Cameron Douglas in front of the hotel. It was a treat to see the fly fishing scene being filmed and to meet some of the actors. I do recommend this place. And if you do not get a golf cart it is only a short walks to the ferry back to Belize city

Really hard to find something positive to say about this place. Air conditioning worked, view was excellent and walkability is good. Other than that, to say that this place needs some TLC, is an understatement. Literally would recommend you pay an extra $20 a night and go anywhere else.

Communication was excellent. Allowed us to check in early with all of our luggage since our room was not occupied. The beds in our room were also the most comfortable that we had during our 2 weeks in Belize. Able to walk to the Maya Air terminal to fly out.

Staff is very friendly. Location is perfect but hotel is very old. AC was very good but bathroom was kind of nasty, no water pressure at all, with broken parts from the faucet. Safe was broken too. Located downtown on the beach so walkable distance from everything. But too much sargassum to enjoy the beach. Nightlife very busy at night so it was not quiet at all ! Overall it was a good experience.

5-star rating in many ways. Staff were super nice and helpful. Room was really cute -beach rustic- and super clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect: right on the beach but we (the other guests and I) had a shared patio which gave us privacy. Plus, the stretch of beach in front of us was gated off like a yard, so we had even more privacy to lie on lounge chairs. There is a fun bar/restaurant on the premises. But, 1 star off because there are surprise events on the beach that will keep u awake all night. On a normal night, the music and noise from neighboring bars are just background noise that shouldn't bother anyone who are used to living in a city. The first night was great. But then, the 2nd night, the bar next door set up huge speakers and karaoke on the beach which featured 2 tone-deaf guys belting out cover songs LOUD. Next night this hotel, San Pedro, hosted a huge anniversary party for a dead singer, which blasted all of the rooms with mediocre musicians until 3 am. Thank goodness it was Reggae and not heavy metal. The hotel claims they "informed" me beforehand. I searched, but never found any emails from them. But, even if I give them the benefit of the doubt, a few weeks notice is not enough time for an international traveler to make alternate plans w/o losing a ton of money. If I had come here to party, it would have been OK bc I could have slept in. But, I came to SCUBA, which meant waking up at 5 am for exhausting days of diving.

This hotel has plenty to offer if you are not super picky. We stayed in a room with one double and two twins. We were aside from the rest of the building with a little patio and the ground floor location made us feel like we had the best spot. The views from outside are great (the windows inside were so dirty ((salt water))that we didn't bother keeping the drapes open), the restaurant is very good and the staff are friendly, down to earth and generally easy to deal with. The pace is slow here, the location is excellent for restaurants/dining/etc, grabbing a boat to anywhere is easy. Down sides are: somewhat dirty and dark room.

Excellent location especially if diving with Scuba School. Right on the beach so lovely breeze. AC worked well. Great caretaker. We only got the room cleaned 3x in 2 weeks. There was no broom in the room so had a lot of sand in the room. The towels were only changed 3x and there was no bath mat for the first week of a two week stay. The pillows are very high so uncomfortable if you like a flatter pillow. I bought my own. The mattress is just ok.

A Valentines performance with amplified sound lasted until 3 am 50 feet from my door. Incredibly loud party goers and a comedian/singer. No sleeping possible. Night two was better but amplified Super Bowl audio was also impossible to ignore.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The staff readily available, and very professional, with a friendly personal touch. Complimentary breakfast , great as was the whole menu. Grounds lighting gave off a nice romantic touch.

Good value for being right in town. Rooms are very basic, but clean and equipped with a fridge, TV, WiFi and complimentary water. No pool on-site, but the hotel is right on the beach with great views and a nice breeze. On-site bar and restaurant is a nice convenience.
