Mi peor reserva en expledia
Las fotos son engañosas, el lugar huele mal, está sucio, el baño no tiene agua caliente, el AC no funciona, el personal desaparece después de las 8 de la noche, no hablan español. En resumen mi peor reserva en expledia

falta de limpieza en las habitaciones
Es cercano a la playa y de instalaciones cómodas sin embargo en las dos noches que me hospede no dieron limpieza a la habitación al igual que no se tenia buena señal de internet.

Slum Lord Hotel
The stay was horrible, worst place I've stayed at for as long as I can remember, does provide fridge, however freezer part not functional, Spacious room, No electrical outlet or lamps next to bed, No cover on sink hole, Stingy with toilet paper and towels only 1 of each, 15 minutes to just check in after a long trip, Mold on bath tiles, Lose faucet tightened it myself Lose electrical outlet, Tiles has holes in them Old outdated bedware, Lose chair cushion caught finger while adjusting chair- OCH left a small blood-clot under fingernail, Faucet corroded, No shower curtain No toilet paper holder, No light cover Broken towel holder, Bathroom not well cleaned, hair not mine all over, TV not working, Too close to Main Street traffic noise all night, Old sirty stained table, Lower door lock not functional, fan vent not clean, after 8 pm front desk empty, modern day version of slum-lord hotel, absolutely zero maintenance effort - I guess you do get what you pay for.

Worst hotel I have ever seen in 40 years of travel
I'm an archaeologist and I've stayed in many budget hotels around the world, including others in Belize (e.g., the Venus is San Ignacio is cheaper but clean and friendly), but this place was DISGUSTING. When I arrived, the clueless receptionist in the run-down lobby couldn't find my Hotels.com reservation (even though I could show him it on my phone). After about 45 frustrating minutes the owner took me to the smelly, disgusting room. The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned (see pics). The air-conditioning was on but could not be adjusted below 30 degrees celsius which is HOT (85 F). The fridge was moldy and plugged into a dangerous-looking outlet with no cover. I didn't even try the TV because the bed did not look clean, and the outdoor hallways were strewn with garbage. I'm an experienced budget traveler, and thought I could handle any hotel but this was just unbelievable. I walked to the Mayan Princess and paid 3X the price but it was worth it to escape that hell hole. Run don't walk from this place.

Location not worth the disgusting conditions
I was shown to a small, dark room with one window that does not open. It smelled musty though it did have a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The door jam looked like it had been broken through and I did not trust the lock to hold. But the bathroom was the worst, truly disgusting. Fixtures were rusted and caked with lime. The rusted broken toilet paper holder was lying on the dirty floor. The shower curtain was so moldy and filthy that I hated to touch it to take a photo of it. The shower grout was filthy and moldy. When I complained I was given probably the best room, larger with several windows (not opening) and definitely brighter. But the shower curtain was again moldy on the bottom though not as disgusting as the other. The shower was a bit cleaner. Floors were very dirty, mold can be seen on the lower part of the walls. A ceiling leak stain was above the bed. I was given 1 towel, 1 paper roll, and 1 small bar of soap. The room had a microwave and small fridge, which was leaking water on the floor because it had not been defrosted. I was given no utensils at all for eating or heating a meal. I had to ask for a single glass. My only recommendation is to have the health department shut this hotel down.

Complete lie and fraud pic we know this lady she is very unsocial and she don’t want follow the restriction for covid we was told her better go other place if you don’t keep social distance that’y she made a fraud and lie review

Good value for the price
When I first arrived I was a little disappointed with the condition of the lobby area but the attendant was very accommodating and helpful. When I got to my room it was neat and clean and very useable. It really can't be compared to American standards but I think it's a real good value for the amount I paid.

This hotel was less than a five minute when exiting the ship. I have been here for several weeks and I'm really enjoying it. The hotel staff are professional and friendly. They have been very helpful with me finding my way around the island. The rooms, including linen and mattresses are clean.

One to two nights for solo travelers
It had very good location but it was dirty outside and the inside roof a bit damaged. Overall tv and fridge were great to have and host was very nice.

Good location but room was falling apart
Great central location and friendly worker but the room itself was terrible. Dirt all over the walls and mold covering the shower. Holes everywhere and the window didnt shut so we had multiple cockroaches and lizards. The shower was so bad my friend didnt use it at all and I only used it once the whole trip. When I did it flooded and a dead roach came up from the drain. Hopefully they plan on fixing the place up asap because it needs it

No pool, even though their website claims to have one. VERY loud. Hotel's landline doesn't work, so no pickup at airport we had to take a taxi. no soap, no shampoo, faucet was missing part of what you turn to get water. No elevator, we had a 3 floor walkup, and the hotel has even higher floors. No view, just traffic.

Nothing. It is a crime to even rent this out to any living person. This place should be condemned! Water leaks everywhere, toilet cannot be flushed. Dirty bathroom, water every where....IT is horrible! Expedia should distant themselves with such a place.

The room I was issued, 12, was accessed by stairs that never seemed to end; it was grueling to have to climb so many stairs, even the locals who visited me, commented on how cumbersome it was to climb the stairs. The hotel is centrally located but the owners don't seem to have genuine interest in making the place more comfortable than the minimum required. For example, the room photos are accurate, however, they were taken when the hotel opened YEARS ago as the bed-linen are worn (VERY worn). I also thought it was pretty telling that the male made the female carry my heavy bag up the "stairway to heaven."

Very nice hotel staff and excellent location, but the property is very old and requires updating... You cant beat the price but remember you get what you pay for, this is hotel is okay for some guys roughing it while on a driving trip and having a few beers...

Noisy, irregular cleaning & inconsistent wifi
When I checked in, the person behind the desk had no idea what to do so asked me to fill out the wrong form. Then I had to come back and check-in again after someone else arrived who knew how to what to do. The air conditioner leaked water all over the floor my first night so had to change rooms. The hotel is above a very loud bar. Music is playing until 3:00 am on weekend nights. The walls are so thin that I had to hear my neighbors having sex at all hours of the night. The room may or may not be cleaned, depending if housekeeping has taken the day off. And you only get one roll of toilet paper when they do clean so have to make it last. The wifi is intermittent and stopped working while I had a business meeting. I couldn't wait to check out of the hotel!

Close to beach and air conditioned room
If you are looking for a 5 star experience please don’t stay here. You will be disappointed. This place is basic but it was nice to see an air conditioner and a microwave in the rooms. We booked 3 rooms here for our two night stay over the Easter Weekend. If anyone knows about San Pedro at Easter time it’s non stop fun fun fun. This place is on a great location because the beach, church and fun filled action are all VERY close. You don’t need a golf cart. However, there was a water issue and if you want to sleep sound, you can’t stay here due to the club downstairs. The staff is very friendly and nice. Also this hotel DOES not provide airport/strip transportation service. If you just need somewhere to change and hit the action and you’re on a budget....this is your place.

Lots of problems
The stay here was very disappointing. The first thing was when I checked in I noticed the ac not working. It was repaired late into the second day. The drain in the shower drained so slow that it took hours for it to drain. Then I had no water for the last 2 days. The other problem is there is now a bar under this hotel and the music is played so loud there is no way your going to sleep not unless you sleep after 2 am.

Inexspensive Hotel
This was a nice hotel for someone on a budget. It was relatively clean. As a solo traveler I felt it safe staying there. There was a wedding reception one night and it was very loud. The other nights of my stay it was very quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel for someone that doesn’t want to spend a lot of money for a safe place to sleep.

They say location is everything....
Hmmm. Welp, if you are looking for a great location near the ferry and close to everything, this place is great. The room struggled a bit. Our shower didn't work very well but the very kind manager did the best he could. I'd prefer if things like this were checked before check-in (the hot/cold handles were missing/broken) because we were unable to switch rooms. The cable TV helped to distract from the ants that really like the trash can. If you keep expectations at a neutral, you'll get by. Again, great location and easy to access.

You get what you pay for
This is a basic hotel. Good location, close to beach and shops in town, but on weekends you have to listen to the bars next door blaring music all night, and the walls are so thin you feel like you’re at the bar with them. Would suggest ear plugs for sleeping, unless you’re at the bar too then it doesn’t matter ;) Room was old but clean, however you have to go find the house keeping girls yourself and ask them to clean your room, otherwise they won’t . Also the remote for the tv and air conditioning were MIA in our room so we made do with only a ceiling fan for the first week. However the manager did get our airconditioning going during the second week which was great. The staff are lovely, they are happy to help you anyway they can. Due to the unusual cold front Belize was experiencing there was a lot of rain and our ceiling did start leaking in the corner above the wardrobe and thus we did find 1 cockroach in the wardrobe each day, but it was definitely due to the rain. I imagine if it’s Hot and dry as per usual that would not have been a problem. If you’re just looking for a cheap place to crash at night and plan on spending your days exploring or at the beach it is more than adequate, but if you want a luxurious experience, pay more to stay somewhere else . To be fair, it was what we expected, as it is accurately advertised as a budget hotel .

Bathroom need lots of work. Mattresses were close to flat. Doors and windows were not in any better condition either. But the staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Overbooked, Moved to Central Park Hotel
Booked this room only to show and and be told they were already full but they were going to move us to their other location. So technically, we stayed at a place called Central Park Hotel. It wasn't great. It had lots of bugs. The hot water didn't work. WiFi was terrible. Not some place I would probably stay again. I have no idea if the actually booked location is better, but beware that there is a possibility you are going to be moved due to their apparent tendency to disregard their online bookings when selling their rooms. I will say that as bad as the hotel itself is, the location is pretty great and it is pretty cheap!
