Buscar una mejor opción aqui no es agradable!
De inmediato piensen en otra opción, es terrible el chequeo con una señora en el lobby de mal genio, grosera y negativa. Nada presentable, le pedí amablemente salir de 25 a 30 minutos más tarde y dijo no, apuntado a su póliza y me dijo grosera por ti no voy a pagar más a mis limpiadoras, le pedí por mi comodidad 2 tohallas más y dijo no en tu cuarto ya hay 2 y le expliqué necesito una para mi cabello largo y otra para mi cuerpo y otra para mi esposo y dijo no me importa espera mañana, no voy a salir a buscarte una tohalla estoy cansada. Pensé mejor irme a otro lugar pero ya estaba pagado y tarde por la noche difícil encontrar otro de inmediato, y me sentía cansada para manejar y buscar otro hotel. Para el desayuno en este lugar, es tan simple café y panes empacados duros pienso con un mes de antigüedad. Las sábanas blancas tenían manchas de sangre, no fueron cambiadas. Mi consejo otro lugar es la mejor opción para no pasar un mal momento.

Me hospedería en el segundo nivel y la habitación bonita y se miraba muy limpia, creo que era renovada, el área no es buena, tuvimos problemas para caminar en los alrededores las vimos homeless y morenos abusivos creandonos problemas, llevábamos un bebé y creo no es un lugar adecuado para familis, pero si hotel de pasó, la señorita en el check in fue amable, pero en el día siguiente todas las dudas o preguntas sobre ayuda de un lugar de alrededor que nos recomendara, ella no supo pero además ya no fue amable, se nos quedaba viendo cómo que nosotras éramos tontos, y sus respuestas eran negativas, NO HAY DESAYUNO CONTINENTAL, como se ofrece en estos medios, le preguntamos respecto al desayuno y nos dijo que allí nunca a existido eso, que solo un muffin nos daban, y al querer tomarlos no habían le pedimos y saco de mal gusto solo 3 muffins en bolsa,

I liked that the pho restaurant and lots of breakfast options are close by. It is close to the freeway so it can have road noise at times.

Clean and Nice
It was over all pretty nice. The place was clean and the front office staff was very nice. The only problem I had at all was that the "breakfast" that was included was super limited and just pre packaged items like granola bars and some pastries.

This a well kept property, Superb beds and linen very comfortable However i regret to not the innkeeper does not excude either hospitality ofr civility. Was surprised that the owner ( Presume was curt terse and almost discourteous. We did not even ask for anything extra-Asked for a 2 bed room were told it cost more and we declined politely. Nevertheless check in un welcoming perhaps a tuff day!! Having said that the room was better than expected. Clean well maintained and comfortble and everything else. Perhaps they were having a bad day,

Great for quick trips/place to sleep. Nice owner!
It was a good place to stay for a couple of nights. The bed was not extremely comfortable but not horrible either. I was pretty cold both nights but when I turned the heater on it was too loud so I couldn’t sleep with it on either. Location is pretty central and parking is free. Overall, it was a great stay for having a place to crash! Would recommend for quick trips to north bay. The owner is super nice and accommodating as well.
Spacious and clean. Has all necessities.
Great water pressure & hot water.

Worst Costumer Service
It was the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. The person who worked at the Inn scolded me as if I were a child and treated me like I had no intelligence whatsoever. I highly recommend NEVER staying here.

Good sleep, but limited breakfast
The bed was quite comfortable and we slept very well. Two problems: 1) there was NO small desk to use for my laptop, though the wi-fi worked quite well. I had to sit the computer on a tiny rotating little "kid desk" on a lounge chair. 2) Somehow the TV never went to the normal channels and we finally gave up on getting even local news. Someone from the motel could have fixed it ... if they'd been sent after we told them the problem. The breakfast was limited, just some granola bars and muffins but nothing "hot" like waffles, eggs, or the like. Bob T.
