Regrese aqui emocionada y sali decepcionada.
Hace un par de años estube aqui y me fui muy conforme, tanto que sin dudar a mi regreso reserve directamente. Oh! DECEPCION la gente de recepcion fue amable, pero llegue despues de las 3pm como indican y mi cuarto no estaba listo. Me dieron 2 mas y tampoco. Lo peor. al ya entrar a mi habitcion la tasa de baño estaba embarrada de popo por fuera en la parte de en frente. Se veia que NO la lavaron solo limpiaron la tapadera por encima. El resto de la habitacion si lucia limpio aunque olia a cigarro apesar de que yo elegi no fumador. Investigue y al parecer el encargado de limpiar esos cuartos es un varon nada amable. No tengo nada en contra del genero es por informacion y llamada de atencion a esa persona. Al salir de ahi me dirigui con la persona de la lavanderia y mi propina fue directamente para Ella porque la cama y toallas si lucian muy limpias. Tontamente no tome foto, estoy enojada por eso.

La verdad me sorprendió que la habitación estuviera muy limpia y cómoda para ser un “motel.” No le faltaron amenidades y el personal muy atento.

The customer service was terrible. Staff members were rude and gave the impression that they didn't like their job and they didn't want to be there. Our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Their was hair in the tub and dirt that wasn't cleaned up by one of the beds . Won't be returning there.

Perfectly located close to Cambria and Hearst Castle. Lots of enjoyable hiking trails in the area and the best Seafood restaurant on the West Coast, Seachest, just a couple miles south on Moonstone Beach.

Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there was no AC so the room was very humid and hot. There was ceiling fan but it did not keep the room as fresh as I’d like.

Found a spiders nest in our room and a dirty comforter. Had to complain. Staff gave us two rooms to make up for it when we requested a refund. Gave us attitude when we asked to inspect the rooms first. Not cool but luckily they were fine.

We had so much fun at our time here. The hot tub was hot and the pool was warm enough to enjoy. The woman at the front desk was so kind and patient. We will definitely come again.

I stayed at this hotel maybe 6 years ago... The rooms were old and run down but a great price. But holy cow the upgrade are incredible! Looks like a completely different hotel!! Stayed with a family of four and our very furry friend (sorry house keeping) and had a great time. Rooms were very clean and beautifully updated. Love the slider that opened up to the back grass area made taking the dog out to play so easy. She had a great time running around. The pool/hot tub area was very relaxing. Would definitely stay the night. Room was only 124 with the 25 dollar pet fee. Can't beat that price! Easy walk down to the beach.

Our check in was terrible. They claim to be dog friendly but when I arrived with my service dog the host was combative and ignorant to the law. I had to educate him and he still was trying to extort me for $25 a day which is illegal in Ca after stating facts about the law he reluctantly surrendered. The room is basic and had an awful smell with crackheads wandering the parking lot. Do not stay here you can find accommodation across the street I suggest the Morgan ! Don’t stay here

This motel was great for just sleeping there at night due to the proximity to Hearst Castle and Cambria. Beds and pillows were not comfortable at all. No blankets on the bed - just a slightly thicker 2nd sheet. Couldn't even use the indoor hot tub. Too many large people man spreading and refusing to even allow us to come in.

Must say I was disappointed with this visit. The grass was not mowed. We had really noisy people above and beside us. Might consider staying here again because we had excellent service. In the past, we have had quiet rooms.
