It is definitely upsetting to our staff when previous guests decide to smoke in one of our non-smoking rooms. We have a protocol that is followed and generally very successful in eliminating the odor and I am sorry that in this case we failed you.

I'm very sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. Please in the future let the front desk know of any disturbance, our nigh auditor walks the property at certain time throughout the night however he is available at all times if there is a disturbance. Again I am sorry about your experience with us.

Room was fine however there were people arguing and fighting from 12midnight until the police came and police took some one away that was at 4am.I didn't get any sleep.

Very noisy as people walking at room above, hear every step. Room next door could hear tv throughout the night. Second we walked in room it stunk. Found a couple hairs on toilet seat. Didnt even use the shower, needs updated drastically . Outside was people constantly smoking and not cigarettes

Bed was not clean, you can see there’s a stain on the sheet. Towels smells bad I think it was not washed properly. And when you entered the room it smells bad. 😞

Not completely satisfied
Sat night was great, sunday morning good. Disapointed with the variety sine they do have a microwave, but was satisfactory. Beds were comfortable. Minday morning was a different story. The pancake machine was off, the juice machine was off, the soda fountain was off and they were out of fruit. When we went in we had to ask before they even set up breakfast because they didnt have enough guests and were not expecting any of the few to be looking. Plus our room keys quit working twice.

Would not stay again
The Wi-Fi connection is horrible. The people on top of us walked all night long. We heard every time they would walk stomp do whatever the breakfast was in OK other than that I would not recommend only if you were in a tight spot and needed somewhere to sleep for the night.

The Best For Budget Sleeps
As a coaster nerd, seeing the giant coaster oictures above my bed made the whole thing worth it. But everything was great, just your basic, very clean motel room to sleep. AC is electronic (no nobs), water got extremely hot, extremely fast. There are *no* ports for USB/type-c but have plenty of outlets everywhere. Fridge and microwave were in the room, but I did not use them. Only "bad" thing would be the parking, it was a very tight fit and i feel like there were more rooms than parking spaces. However, 100% would book this hotel again over the one that is down the road. If you are looking for a place to sleep because you just spent 13 hours at Cedar Point, you can not go wrong with this one. Oh, and the most important part, I forgot... just a quick turn around the corner to Cedar Point Dr.!

Overnight Cedar Point Trip!
Great front desk and breakfast attendants! Variety at breakfast made the cost more than worth it for a quick overnight trip! Only complaint would be the smell of smoke in our room which is frustrating since it's a smoke free room/hotel.

Thank you for your review. The smoke smell is frustrating to us as well. We do our very best to deter people from smoking in the rooms and even charge them a 250 cleaning fee. I'm very sorry for any inconveniences this caused you.

The first room smelled like an ashtray, the second room smelled a little better but did have a noticeable odor. The second room had cigarette burns on the side of the bath tub and other things on the wall that I was not sure how to identify. Very disappointed, I understand it was a cheaper option but simple cleanliness was missed by the staff.

For the price it was what I expected..Had two queen beds and one had blood stains on mattress pad. Big stain in middle of the floor. Toilet and other things such as sink and counters were made for children. Not the hotels fault but train horns blew every 10-15 minutes

Fabulous and great location!
I thought that for the price, the hotel was excellent. It was quiet at night and the room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that at breakfast the very nice employee was unfortunately coughing without covering her mouth and there is a new round of covid starting. It seemed irresponsible.

This Super 8 is a bit dated but it is a great value for the location! It is super close to Cedar Point just the next intersection from the hotel and a left onto the main road that leads to Cedar Point! The staff was very friendly to me and I was alone on my trip! I’m going to visit next week and I would have stayed at this hotel again but, I actually found another hotel closer to Cedar Point and looks to be a little bit nicer!

Our room had footprints on the comforter like some made the bed then walked on it. It was not clean or comfortable- would love to request a refund.
