Great getaway
We had a wonderful stay. The house is large & clean, the furniture is comfortable. The location is minutes off I35 but peaceful, quiet and rural, with cows & horses on the property. Owner is right across the road and always happy to help.

Highly Recommend!
My friends and I stayed at Windmill Hill for a wedding and I cannot recommend it enough - it was only 10 minutes from the wedding venue, the property was clean and cozy, and Jack and Gail were welcoming hosts! The dogs and cows were also a sweet perk :)!

Great Place
My wife and in laws stayed here for a wedding in Gainsville and it was a perfect little place for us. We had our toddler with us and it was very nice that they had a pack n play and high chair for him. The hosts were very friendly, making sure everything was good during the check in process. They even showed our toddler around their property to see the horses and cows, which he loved. Place was bigger than expected and was perfect fo what we needed, Would stay again

Country Serenity
This property is a true serene retreat. The beautiful pastoral views combined with the coziness and comfort of this clean, country home. Jack and Gail are very welcoming and responsive. We had a glitch with the VRBO website and Jack went above-and beyond to solve the issue. We will definitely return in the near future! Thanks for a great Christmas holiday.

Perfect Getaway
The property is beautiful. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There was a mixup with our booking, but the owners went above and beyond to make it up to us. If the country life is your thing, then don't pass this one up. Oh, and Willie is a nice bonus.

Relaxing property
This relaxing, beautiful location has all the amenities and more. The bedding is exceptionally nice. The rockers on the porch, animals and large outdoor area make it a winner for us while visiting young grandchildren!

Excellent place
Very pleased with accomodations - highly recommend if you have a large family. Everything was very clean, we had plenty of beds to sleep in, plenty of towels, and all appliances are in working order. Location was very quiet and we all got a great night's sleep. Garage accomodated our SUV as I prefer covered parking, but there was plenty of space outside as well. Nearby livestock added to a charming atmosphere - the cows moo when they saw us looking out the window.
