No tenia caja fuerte, no pasaron a recoger basura cuando dijeron, las ventanas no cerraban bien y entraba ruido del exterior, la entrada del edificio para huéspedes olia a orines humanos, colchones vencidos, Expedia no respeto la selección del desayuno incluido, cuando reclame pidieron evidencia de que lo seleccione, no vuelvo a hospedarme ahi ni utilizar expedia

Me hubiera gustado que en el precio ya venga incluido el desayuno continental. Desafotunadamente bajamos y no venia incluido teniad aue pagar 20 dlls. X persona mejor decidimos ir a un denus. El agua de la regadera tardo bastante en salir caliente. Me gustaria que afuera de la instalacion hubiera un area exclusiva para fumadores en donde fumar tu cigarro de tabaco. Tuve que salir y estar parado y nisiquiera un lugar donde depositar colillas encontre. Todo los demas muy bien mi calificacion califaf pfecko. 8.5 dr 10.

I wanted a hotel near the airport. We were so close I could read the tail numbers on the planes. MY FAULT. I wanted the top floor, hate when i can hear the people above me walking around. That put our room on the same level as the highway across the street. first floor would have been much quieter. MY FAULT. Room, staff, everything else was very nice.

The pool wasbunder maintenance the 6 days that we stayed. The hot tub was cold. Whe. We checked -into a hotel that we thought was a smoke free establishment the room smelled of smoke and there were cigarettes under the bed. When we told the mansger they said they would have someone clean it and when we came back they did clean a little made the beds but thd cigarettes were still under the bed so no vacuuming was done.

The hotel is located close to the highway, and even though we stayed at the back, it still felt quite noisy. It seems like the windows are not well sealed, causing a draft. The rooms are spacious, but the overall layout of the hotel is inconvenient. It takes a long time to walk from the lobby to the rooms. In the evening, when we wanted to have instant noodles, we couldn't find hot water anywhere in the hotel. There was no microwave in the room, and we ended up using a small microwave at the lobby entrance to heat up the noodles. Hilton hotels usually provide complimentary bottled water to guests, but Holiday Inn had none, which was not a great experience.

Nice rooms and great service from housekeeping and most of the front desk staff. Payed parking is kind of lame, but could use that to get some better tvs for the rooms , and a microwave.
