Gulf Place Santa Rosa Beach
This is a beautiful place and we enjoyed it so much! This area is still old Florida with no high rises, very cozy. Just a few minute walk to the Beach through beautiful gardens and a big beautiful swimming pool right out the back steps!

Wonderful property
The location of Gulf Place is perfect. We used the private beach access and pools every day. Property grounds were clean and well maintained, and the neighborhood was quiet. I highly recommend!

Spacious house for family of 7
The beach house was very clean and well equipped. Washer and dryer helped a lot. Beds were very comfortable and every room had a tv. Swimming pool and tennis courts close by. Lovely walk through the complex to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend it.

Perfect spot for the family!
We really enjoyed the quiet street without cars flying by as we have small children. The area is so convenient with everything you need within walking distance. We will definitely be coming back!

Great time on 30A
We had a great time at Gulf Place. We gave it 5 stars for everything. We use many VRBO, and this property meets the description. Shuffle board deck was a nice surprise and kept our kids busy. Hot tub gets a little crowded, but other than that we were very pleased!!!

Music festival
We came down for the songwriter’s festival and the property was perfect for our needs. It was also very easy to book a couple of extra nights when weather interferes with our flight home!

Great stay, clean and well equipped. Only issue to note is with toddlers the front door from the inside can be opened easily as there is no deadlock. Always worried about them walking out unnoticed.

Clean Accomodations Near Small Shops/Restaurants
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and a short five-minute to small shops and morning coffee. The unit is in a quiet location, great for sleeping. We arrived very late, after midnight, and had a hard time finding the unit at night, just know that it is unit # 8, found above the front door.

Everything We Needed
My children and I stayed here for three nights in July 2023 and enjoyed everything about our stay. The community and this property had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this location!

Great location minutes from the beach
Our condo was as pictured and very spacious. My kids loved having their own 3rd floor room and the pool was right outside the back door. Very clean and easy access and plenty of parking to the area restaurants, bars. The 2 main bedrooms on the 2nd floor each had a queen with a full bath which was great for 2 groups of adults. The beach access points were nice as the public area was jam packed. The best access is the furthest west entrance in 30A. It opened up to a basically empty beach. The walking path through the woods just outside the front door will lead you right to that entrance. Or park in one of the open spots on the furthest west entrance into Gulf Place of 30A and walk 30yards and your there. Great restaurants, bars and smooth sand beach all within a 1 mile radius but plenty of other nice area places to drive to with ease. Great place in a great area that is growing but not too crowded (yet)!

Gulf Place review
The property was very nice! It was exactly as stated in description. Loved that we could walk to so many things in Gulf Place. Lots of things to participate in, if you want things to do. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The only negative thing….was the area rug in living space needs to replaced desperately!! It has seen better days and is past its prime. Other than that, we LOVED the place and would defiantly return!!

Excellent Location Reasonable Price
Beautiful condo that easily accommodated our family of 5! Modern interior and decor. The proximity to the pool is excellent; the walk to the beach is 5 minutes as well as the walk to the ice cream shop, liquor store, coffee spot, and dining places! You can’t beat this! We loved it!

Great stay at 30A
8 Henry was perfect for our 5-day stay. We’ve been to Gulf Place many times over the years but this was special. 8 Henry could not have been better.. First time in Dec.: Christmas decorations everywhere (8 Henry had a lighted Tree to greet us), no crowds, and Beach Blue was exceptional in all aspects with info for arrival, depart, payment and checking up to make sure we had all that was needed for a really great beach stay! A Five Star Stay in every way!!

Home away from home

Nice place
Nice place, clean, comfortable. Much larger unit in gulf place compared to Cananas and Caribbean which worked out well for our family. Unit backs to pool and tennis courts- nice and quiet. Beach chairs and wagon provided were a big help! Would recommend!

The townhouse was nice and roomy, the appliances are new and in great working order with a very nicely equipped kitchen. The location in Gulf Place is quiet and private yet close enough to the beach and restaurants. We stayed a little over a month and enjoyed the townhouse and location immensensely.

Everything about this vacation was perfect! Check in simple. Location to beach, restaurants, bike path and shopping excellent. Bike rental, coffee, pizza and other shops within a few hundred feet, tennis courts and pool accessible and well maintained. Beach access best and easiest along 30a.

PERFECT
The house was spotless. Kitchen had everything and more. We had our family of 4 (husband and 2 kids 4 and 6) and my grandparents with us. Everyone had their own space. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. You could definitely walk to the beach (very short walk) but we opted to drive since there was a reserved parking area Right across from the private beach entrance. There were actually extra beach chairs, boogie boards, and a wagon for the beach on the back porch. We loved how close we were to the pool. Very quiet area. This was probably my favorite place we have ever rented.

I would have loved to be informed that there were beach chairs/umbrellas. This would have prevented me from going out and buying more. Also being informed that we had access to a private beach would have been helpful.

Great location
Upon arrival, at scheduled time, cleaning staff were still there and had just started. It was another 45-50 minutes before we could get in. Pool was nice and close, beach was a short walk and the live music on Sunday was awesome.

Beautifully decorated relaxing unit
We have stayed at Gulf Place several years, in different units. Like others, this was no exception. It was decorated in lovely, calming manner. We had a couple of issues. The AC went out our first day. It was hot, but the management sent someone to repair timely. The other issue, was the dryer. It is extremely loud and squeaky. The general maintenance guy looked at it when he initially came to check the AC. Apparently it had been repaired recently. Of course it didn't squeak for him, which in retrospect I think may have been because the dryer was empty. He did offer to come back if needed. We just opted to try and use the dryer at times it was less annoying for us.

Great Place for the money!
This townhouse was perfect for our family. Very well kept and decorated. Perfect location with a short walk to the beach with the savings of not paying for beachfront. Would stay there again.

Peaceful Vacation
We had a great time here! Beautiful townhome, close to everything. Loved the quiet area! We are not into the busy spring break crowd. This was perfect. If we wanted crazy, we could drive 15 minutes and be there! Thank you!

We loved it!!
We loved the place!! It was beautifully decorated!! We will definitely try to stay here again!! It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was right outside the back door, tennis courts close and access to grills. Lots of places close by to walk to: dinner, coffee, and ice cream.

We will be back!
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful townhouse so much that we are already planning a return visit. The place is beautifully decorated. There was ample space for the five of us. The kitchen was well stocked and we found everything we needed to cook the meals we had planned for our stay. Most importantly the beds were really comfortable. We have stayed in beautiful properties before where the beds were awful and that has kept us from returning. The property is a short five minute walk to the gorgeous beach. It is walking distance from great shopping and delicious restaurants. While we were there we participated in their monthly wine tasting hosted by the restaurants and other businesses in Gulf Place and on our last night there we enjoyed a free concert at the Gulf Place outdoor theatre. We are looking forward to our return visit next year. I highly recommend this beautiful property.
