We rented the Love Me Tender unit, on Nov.13-19, 2022, for our 29th anniversary. Even though the entrance and one parking space are on the 30A side you barely hear or notice the traffic. The Seaside Central Square location is only a short walk down or across the street for groceries, shopping, coffee/pastries, toy and gift shops, book store, steak, tacos, pizza, seafood, music, bars, art galleries, clothing boutiques, breakfast, lunch and dinner at sunset, even ice cream and fudge shops. This upstairs unit was recently redesigned and updated with high end designer accessories. From top to bottom the space has all new furniture, modern accessories, throws and pillows throughout. The unit is exceptionally clean; it has a huge fan in the living room (not the bedroom); one of our favorite spots is the amazing screened in porch on the beach side, great for relaxing drinks, napping or reading a good book. Although there is another unit between this one and the beach you can still enjoy, see and hear the beach sounds. Each evening we walked the near by private boardwalk (code) to watch the sunset on the beach — just gorgeous! The well stocked kitchen with mini fridge has everything a small family of four could possibly need. The bedroom has a comfy king size bed with a big selection of pillows, extra linens (winter), a large TV, sitting chair, closet(bring hangers) and dresser. The bathroom has a spacious 2 head walk in shower, vanity with new towels for all (bring Command hooks). Overall a very well designed space for two or more with a firm living room couch (pull out bed?) and two sitting chairs that hold endless pillows and throws. We were obviously the first guests to arrive after a major renovation so there were a few cliches that were quickly addressed by Exclusive 30A Guest Service maintenance crews. Lauren was very friendly, responsive and brought us the parking and pool passes, codes, wrist bands, etc. The informational cottage binder was being updated at the time. Should you have any concerns call before 5pm, otherwise there is no response until the next day. Take care as the steep stair entrance (requires shoes off) may need a baby gate for smaller children that can walk. Other than the minor concerns, we would definitely return to Love Me Tender in the future, it's just an amazing space in one of the best Seaside locations. It's a perfect vacation spot for a small family or couple celebrating their anniversary. Enjoy, we definitely did!
