This was a beautiful property with all of the creature comforts and high-end amenities. We enjoyed all aspects of this new home- spacious bedrooms, fantastic kitchen, gathering areas around several fireplaces, and most importantly the pool/hot tub. Our group of 4 adults made a use of the entire property. Proximity to good wineries and dining destinations was also a plus. We will book again in the future!

The worst vacation experience I've ever had. Ever.

I booked this Mayacoma Manor house months before my 40th birthday for me and 8 friends - which looked to be a dream house! The night before we were set to fly out I was told the house reservation was canceled and we would need to find a new place to stay. Fun fact, there are no houses available less than 24 hours before you arrive at your destination. We were given only one other option in the area and the house was by no means comparable to the original booking but we had no choice but to book it as we had a chef coming to the house the first night. Upon arrival, the house was even more disappointing than the photos we were sent of the booking - the primary bathroom smelled of mildew, smoke alarms went off the entire second day, the guest bathroom shower was scolding hot and would not adjust so therefore could not use, the hot tub we were told we could use did not work. I called at the end of our trip to discuss all the grievances from our trip and was promised a resolution in 24-48 hours...that was over 3 weeks ago and nobody has called or offered any compensation. After some research, the entire Avant house management group seems to be a scam from the overwhelming number of complaints online. If I was not put in such a bind by the last minute cancellation, I would have never booked the house we ultimately stayed in. It absolutely ruined our trip that I put so much time into planning for a special birthday.

Beautiful

Amazing place. Only problem we had was on some of the balcony doors once you unlock them you can not lock them back. This left four women in a big beautiful house feeling a little unsafe. Also the beds are pretty hard so if you like a soft mattress these will be to hard for you.

Perfect, Luxurious Stay for a Big Group!

My friends and I stayed here for a birthday winery trip, and it could not have been more perfect. The property is centrally located to Downtown Sonoma, Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, etc. & we were able to throw together the ~dreamiest~ outdoor dinner using the kitchen and outdoor space. I highly recommend staying here.

Architectural Digest Oasis

This house is an absolute jaw-dropper from the moment you walk in the door. The property and home is exquisite. It was extremely spacious and fit 11 comfortably. The care and attention to detail that was put into the construction and interior design of this home is next level. I stayed here with my girlfriends for a bachelorette and it had everything we could ever need, nothing was overlooked. I can't say enough wonderful things about this house and would love to come visit again!

Amazing Intergenerational Family Trip

Took my parents and brother who are visiting California along with our 3 young kids (8, 5, and 1) to this property and we were all blown away. Photos are accurate, the place really is that beautiful. We even extended our stay by 1 night (for a total of 4 nights) once we arrived because we knew it would be well worth it. We loved the pool and hot tub, the fireplaces (inside and outside!) and the fully equipped kitchen - we were able to cook half our meals and ate out for the other half. We encountered a few hiccups but they were addressed/resolved very promptly and did not negatively impact our stay (for example we didn’t find a manual so had to text/call about the WiFi password, code for pool cover, couldn’t locate EV charger but I’m assuming that’s still under construction as the landscape/outside areas are not fully finished etc). A slightly bigger issue was on the first evening the water flow slowed down significantly but I called and within 30-40 minutes they had sent someone over and resolved the issue completely, at 8:30pm. My only suggestions would be to have a physical manual available with WiFi password, pool/hot tub and fireplace operating instructions etc. We were able to figure all this out without too much difficulty, but this could simplify things for future guests. The other suggestion is to have a couple of small tables by the pool. 10/10 would recommend this property (and the giant basket full of Lego Duplos was a very nice touch)!

Beautiful wine country manor

Stayed for a long weekend with friends. The house is immaculate and beautiful. The decor is stunning and it is even more impressive than in the photos! It seemed like we were some of the first to stay since there were a few issues like lack of a WiFi code or the code to open the pool, but the property manager texted right back and we were able to fully enjoy our stay! If you stay here, drive a bit down the road to eat at Salt and Stone in Kenwood!

Beautiful new property

This home is a perfect getaway! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you could expect from a lovely vacation home. Great interior design, lovely pool and hot tub and very spacious. Perfect for 4 couples or a family.
