“We came to check out Santa Barbara for my sister’s 21st birthday and this was a solid spot. Close enough to get anywhere you want to go in less than 20 minutes of driving, easily Uber-able as well. We had plenty of room, and there was 7 of us! ”

“Very nice little house right in the middle of Los Olivos, maximum 3-4 minute walk to every restaurant and tasting room. Everything is quite new and nice in the house, and the small patio is very charming for having drinks or snacks outside. Only issue (not the owners' fault, so more just a tip for future guests) is that some mornings a guy with a leaf blower will wake you up around 7am, so ear plugs are useful if you like to sleep in. Otherwise a pretty much perfect stay. I'd love to return...

“Close proximity to downtown Santa Barbara and especially the area of State St. where most of the activities are. Home is an older home that has been updated and provides more seclusion than a hotel. Full refrigerator and kitchen and two bathrooms help when multiple occupants are trying to get ready at the same time. I would definitely use it again and owner is very accommodating!”

“It was smaller than I thought, but was perfect for just me. It’s located very close to the beach and downtown pier and shops. The freeway traffic and train horn was not a big deal. I didn’t hear the freeway and only heard the train blow it’s horn a few times ( it was loud), but nothing after 10pm. ”

“Rented for over-flow of family that needed a place near to us (9 nights). This clean, comfortable house hit just the mark: it's a Summerland classic with amazing views and walkable to all the shops! The bright, sunny kitchen had all we desired for cooking meals, and the wi-fi and TV worked perfectly. It was spotless and fresh, and with lovely small pieces of art.
