Cheap, not cheerful
The hotel is completely different from the pictures shown on the website. In fact they put me on an adjacent hotel called Hotel Sonetto. It may be cheaper than others but you get what you pay for. The bathroom was a bit filthy, lots of ants, and the room and beddings are generally in poor conditions. I stayed for three nights and they never cleaned the room. I had to extend the stay for one night (too much hassle to move elsewhere…). They woke me up at 11pm on my last night saying I hadn’t paid, and then tried to charge me double the amount they agreed for the night. The matter was resolved ultimately, but it was an unpleasant experience for me, and I felt they were at best mismanaged, if not dishonest. In short, they say it’s 3-star but my experience suggests that 1-star would be generous. Avoid it.

Gracias por su preferenci lametamos, no haber cumplido con las espectativas revisremos su esta y la habitacion en la que se alojo para verificar sus desconformidades
