Front office staff hardly understands English. Not acceptable considering the airport location. It is a new hotel but housekeeping and public areas are plainly filthy. There is still post-construction dust on vertical walls in a public sit-in area on the 6th floor where I stayed. Carpet had a huge stain right in front of my room. White chair was full of visible stains. Floor was not vacuumed in my room. Whoever is the Rooms Manager/Executive Housekeeper in this hotel has absolutely no clue what is required in this position. Looking at the lack of cleanliness, I was not tempted to even try their restaurant and left town hungry on an early morning flight. You just look at the easy stuff (general cleanliness) and get an idea about the rest of the business. By the way, windows are not superbly noise proof and you will constantly hear honking of the cars dropping passengers to the terminal.
The mall around the hotel has many excellent food choices with new ones constantly being added.
