Thank you very much for your review. Actually the name of the room you booked here on Expedia is clearly state: Basic Twin Room with No Windows. I don't know how much more we could've been clear. Please note that we have 5 other room types with much more space and amenities. Mr.Bulent, You are actually misleading in your statement .. you sir booked a budget room, on promotion of last minute, and I don't think it is appropriate to book the smallest budget room with the cheapest promoted rate and then to ask for an upgrade when you arrive. It is simply not fair for other guest who booked bigger room and paid higher rate. You simply get what you choose and reserved and agreed to it. It is sad that Expedia does not have a tool for hotels to flag or to review guest misconduct. Good luck with you future travel plans
