Cold House
After lots of communication with property manager and host, we arrived for early check in to a freezing cold apartment. The cleaning lady did not know why it was not heating up. We alerted management by 14:00 that heat was not coming on and no one fixed it until about 19:00. This resulted in a freezing cold night. We wore winter hats to bed and used all blankets available. Management gave a discount of 10% which is unsatisfactory for the cost of this apartment. I would not risk staying again with this property who failed to conduct a proper checkin. Also they never charged my credit card for the deposit so I had to pay the whole amount in cash and coordinate to pay someone since the host showed up on day two with out a receipt book to collect our cash.
