Very comfortable
I enjoyed my stay here. A short ways from town, a quiet location and clean accommodations. I believe that most all listings in the travel apps need much improvement on ease of actual property locations. Pictures of key locks and location of actual unit need to be posted more clearly. Possibly an information letter to greet guests with community information. Contact information, etc. Overall, this unit was very nice!

Very nice condo, but needs maintenance
The condo was spacious and there is a small pool outside the patio doors, which is nice. The kitchen is equipped ok. Air conditioning works very well. Condo needs maintenance. Washing machine leaks all over the floor in the laundry room. The fridge shuts off sporadically because there is a problem with the electrical outlet. The shower handle falls off. Our water was shut off twice for many hours without any notification. Maintenance shoveled raw sewage onto the grass beside our condo. We were unable to contact the property manager because we could only email them and they did not return our emails for over a week.

Nice comforter place to stay.
This was a nice place close to the beach. Pool was nice but access to the connected advertised property with larger pool and facilities was not available. No washing machine as advertised. Loved the local beach restaurant Father Roosters!

Overall the condo is fine. But the shower in the master bath(the only one) is poor at best! The water just dribbles out, & the water doesn’t ever get hot. Had some dirty clothes & thought I might run one load late in the week. Put them along with the detergent into the washer only to find it doesn’t work. Checked to make sure that power was getting to it, & even got on Frigidaire’s web site to make sure we weren’t missing something, but nope, you push the power button & nothing! Dryer worked fine, but doesn’t really matter if you can’t get them washed.

Walking distance to beach
Very large condo in a gated area. Walking distance to beach and Fathers Rooster restaurant. Small pool but we spent a lot of time at the other club pool with full service restaurant and bar. Also, we used the gym at the club but don’t have high expectations. Minimal equipment and weights available but good enough. You must have transportation unless you want to walk several miles a day. Definitely doable but I didn’t want the workout. We rented a golf cart in Coco.
