We do apologize that the dish, wash cloths and extra towels were not set out downstairs prior to your arrival, as they normally should have been. It is our goal that each and every guest have the best experience possible. Thank you so much for the 5 star rating and for the feedback regarding the pool. Upon your earlier request, we were able to verify on the day prior to your check-in that the heater was working and the pool water was at the set temperature of 82 degrees. We were not notified during your stay that there was a concern or that the pool thermometer by the ladder was showing that the temp had dropped below that. Our pool is serviced on a frequent and regular schedule by a licensed pool service so we are able to respond quickly once alerted to any potential issues.
