Easter Spring Break
Perfect location to the boardwalk and beach only a block away. The house was clean and well stocked for our small family of four. Would be great for a summer stay when everything is open daily on the boardwalk. We went in off season to visit family and friends. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Beautiful
This place was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Perfect middle ground for commute to NYC, Atlantic City, and Connecticut. Landlords were so polite and helpful. Definitely wish to return.

Our family vacation
We just loved this place ! It is so nicely decorated and very modern and clean. We go to seaside every year for our vacation and this was our best year yet! The location was perfect with a six year old and the place had everything we needed. We hope to stay there again next year ! Thank you for making our family time so memorable !

Great location
This place was a block from beach and boardwalk. It also had a great outdoor area to hang out in. Would 10/10 go back there again. Management was also very quick and responsive when we texted.

Perfect location!
We stayed here with our family, and the location is just perfect, so close to the beach! Property managers were very responsive and the house was exactly as advertised and extremely clean. Will definitely stay again next summer!

Fantastic Stay
We loved this place, it was 2 of us on a girls' trip. We had unit 4 which we thought was perfect, bottom floor. There are shared patio areas but we had our own little porch to sit on when it rained. The place is very clean and well appointed. Very short walk to the boardwalk and right onto the beach. Our host, Jeannie, was so nice to work with!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON
Upon arrival this host tried to say there was no adult present, which was a lie, and that it was all teenagers. She immediately terminated the contract and took our money. Very deceitful practice by this host and VRBO. Go elsewhere, you will thank me.

Reservation was made for 4 adults, the person that made the reservation was not an adult, rules clearly stated MUST be 25 and older to rent. 7 under age teenagers showed up with 1 adult, the adult left after the second set of kids arrived. This is a violation of the house rules and the city ordinance. Minors are prohibited from renting, the teenager clearly violated the rule of "must be 25 to rent. This deception had potentially put our business at risk. Warning to all teenagers, if an adult are not staying for the length of you visit, please do not attempt to rent, you will loose your payment.

Great stay
The property was perfect for a last minute quick getaway for myself and my mother ... Hostess was very easy to communicate with! Super close to the beach and and boards lots of great spots to choose from for meals! Has everything needed for a comfy stay! Only suggestion is what others have mentioned with the ants...but they are harmless nonetheless! Easy drive to get to lavalette as well! Thanks for the quick accomodations and willingness to communicate with us! Kept my mom's mind distracted after a rough week of losing her puppers❤️

Nice stay
Served it’s purpose, extremely limited television, not enough towels and we couldn’t get new ones so had to wash their towels. Frying pans had NI non stick surface and destroyed my attempt at making eggs even with butter. They really need replacement. But like I said it served its purpose…

Cozy Seaside Heights Cottage
We loved our cottage in Seaside Heights NJ, and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants something clean, comfortable and cozy, just a short walk to the Boardwalk and beach.

Great all around
Communication was excellent. Any questions we had were answered within a minute, maybe two. The place is very clean and has all of the little things you could need. It has a full kitchen / living area, bathroom and two generous bedrooms. It’s the second door down off the strip. A++ Thanks guys, looking forward to staying here again!

Great place, hard mattress.
Apartment is adorable, and in great location—seconds away from the beach and bored walk. The only downside is the mattresses are SO hard, terrible time sleeping. Checked out early because of it.

Perfect little place near the beach
Stayed here for a quick weekend with my mom. The apartment was beautifully updated and equiped with everything we needed for the beach which was only one block away! The outdoor seating area provided a nice little place for us to relax and catch up. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would be visiting the area!

Lovely cottage
This property exceeded expectations. It was in excellent condition and very clean. We loved the outdoor sitting area. Though it is close to the boardwalk, it is very quiet and private.

Simply perfect!
We absolutely loved our stay!!! The apartment has everything that you need, it’s brand new and spotless, well decorated and it is literally 3 houses to the boardwalk/Beach! Jeanne and Bill are fabulous hosts! There is a very cute patio in the back of the house(in our case, the front) to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. There are A/C units in all of the rooms as well as ceiling fans. It’s super quiet considering how close it is to the boardwalk . There are several places to eat in walking distance as well as a liquor store and a laundromat. YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay 😎

Great location, great place!
We had a great time staying in this cool place so close to the boardwalk. It was clean and cool (AC in all three rooms, and the bathroom didn’t need it), and the location back behind the front building was good. Very private considering it is so close to all the action. The hosts were fantastic - communicated everything we needed to know / do, and were extremely quick in replying to any questions. We have stayed at many places in Seaside (all hood) but this was the best!

Great stay and amazing property manager
Jeannie and her husband was amazing hosts. They were very responsive and engaging. The house was clean and located very close to everything. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

Just perfect!
My daughter and I were looking for a place to stay for our “girls’ weekend.” We couldn’t have found a more perfect place!” The house is absolutely pristine. The outdoor seating area is spacious! The owners are amazing! You cannot go wrong here!!

Adorable Cottage #4
Perfect little beach cottage-adorable! Excellent location. Just wish we would have known that the entire walkway (to get in and out of the cottages!) was being torn up and replaced during our entire stay. Was a bit inconvenient Although the workers could not have been more cordial. Kind of a bummer walking back and forth through damp and messy “cinder” and had to wipe up the floor of the cottage often! We would stay in cottage #4 again!

Great location and lovely decorations
The property was really nice and the outdoor area was great. If you have 5 people sleeping there the 5th person will be on the couch that was slightly misleading as I assumed it was a pull out. Owner is friendly and the place was very modern and super close to the beach which was great! We would come back.

Perfect For Our Family of Four
Apartment was set back from the street and super quiet. The outdoor patio was great for eating and relaxing. Owner was attentive and responded to inquiries quickly. The pictures capture the place perfectly. Apartment is newly re-furbished with all new appliances, including TVs in each bedroom - better than a hotel room! Only a minute from the beach and boardwalk. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Amazing Getaway
Thank you so very much for this amazing rental. Everything was perfect from the time we got there until the moment we left. The owners, family and neighbors were lovely to talk with. For being right in the midst of all of the action, which was perfect, it was so quiet. I loved having my morning coffee on the deck. The apartment was the perfect size and was equipped with everything that you could ever need. I can’t wait to go back.
