Great Neighborhood, Convenient Location
This was a great getaway spot. We traveled for both work and pleasure. Easy to get to many downtown locations without the hassel of being downtown. Quiet neighborhood with multiple restaurants within walking distance. Gas fireplace and A/C so comfortable year round.

For the owner only
The shower is not draining well. The 2nd day of showering I slipped in the tub, hit my head on the faucet. I am guessing that the slow drain contributed to the increased slipperiness on day 2. Also, the non-slip decals in the tub are peeling off. Never figured out the T.V., bummer during March Madness. And, never figured out the fireplace. Other than that, all was great. Would stay here again.

Just what I was looking for.
This sweet studio was quiet and in a walkable safe neighborhood. Very close the Ballard where the Sunday Market is. Fully equipped kitchen and easy to operate appliances. Water pressure in the shower was fine and the bed was very comfortable. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Jackie for making my stay easy and comfortable.

Weekend Wedding
We’ve stayed here before and Jackie is excellent to work with. Great place to walk our little dogs and so close our daughter, son in law and easy to get to.

Great place to stay... however...
I like the place, however, I think this place needs some deep cleaning. Bed sheets had dog hair, AC filter was exposed and showed a lot of dust. Some of the kitchen pans were dirty, had to rewash everything before using.

Great for a family getaway weekend
For what we needed, the studio was perfect. Parked for the weekend, accessible transit close by to get down to the main sights. Comfortable beds and great to have facilities for breakfast & chill out after a long day out & about in the city. Able to walk to a grocery store for supplies & some restaurants close by to walk to for dinner.

Great location!
Quiet and comfortable! Owners were quick to respond to questions. This rental included everything we needed- bonus that it had a washer/dryer… we got caught in a downpour more than once!

The parking is great and the accomodations comfy. You will need to negotiate a steep flight of stairs. The studio is nice but needs a very deep clean and repair/refreshing.

Excellent studio!
This accommodation was perfect for two people. Had everything you needed and was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only negative it is it is quite a ways from the city approximately a $30 taxi/uber each way. But a great little pub at the end of the block and groceries nearby.

Alright for an Over-Nighter
Property was well laid out and functional but could really benefit from some TLC. Chipped walls, dated/old small appliances, and bathroom fixtures all took away from what could be a superior spot. Nearby services of any type were extremely limited.

The apartment was exactly as described, comfortable, convenient to our family in Magnolia, and well suited for our 2 week stay. We enjoyed our time and interface at all levels was seamless.

Wouldn’t be my first recommendation.
Stayed here for a wedding with my girlfriend and another couple. The place is complicated to get into with multiple entryways and tenants living in the building. One tenant was displeased with us for not understanding how to properly enter the unit the first night, telling me that we were supposed to park and enter in from the alleyway. Apparently we parked there incorrectly as well because he made sure to let us know on our checkout day. The property manager wasn’t flexible with check in times which I can understand but just be aware if you need to get in earlier than 3 PM. Also the sofa bed didn’t have any sheets or blankets available anywhere that we could find. All together, the place is fine if you just need somewhere to sleep but this wouldn’t be the first place I’d recommend for an ideal stay, especially for the price.

Clean, little gem on the hill
This over-the-garage apartment was clean and perfectly suited for all the things my husband and I needed. The location was perfect in the quaint little neighborhood of Magnolia. There is even a peek view of the Sound from the little cafe table in the apartment. Walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while we were visiting.

Cute place, great location
Everything was really nice. We had to buy some body wash, tissues and coffee filters because there were only two and we stayed four nights. We didn't want to bother the host for those little things. The only negative was the bed. Very noisy when you get in and out and sleeping. Maybe needs a piece of plywood under the mattress. Mattress tacos a bit as well. Great restaurants and market nearby.

Better value than hotels we were looking at
Nice place, noticed the studio must have been staged for the photos; as the sofa, chairs, and table are much nicer than what was there, but good enough. The bed needs to be replaced. We would have to think hard about going back there if they have not replaced it, it felt like we were rolling together in the middle. We have a 6 year old traditional mattress at home that is much better then what's in that studio.

We wanted an overnight getaway from the kids for our anniversary, and this little studio apartment was perfect. It was clean, very nice, and exactly as advertised. It's right between Queen Anne and Belltowne, so there are plenty of cool things to do and see around.

Great Two Weeks Stay
Had a great two weeks with perfect weather. Very nice accommodations in a perfect location. Close to bus route, downtown and our son who we were visiting. Nathan and Jacque were very responsive and helpful. We would certainly like to stay here again.

Great Place
We live about 1/2 mile from here and rented it so our daughter (visiting for winter college break) would have a place to stay for a short holiday visit. Everything was clean and just as advertised. It's a nice quiet little spot and she felt perfectly safe and comfortable there. We'll definitely rent it again when we have occasion to do so. Highly recommend!

So incredibly sweet and thoughtful
I live four hours away and needed somewhere to stay the night before a 15k run in the morning and requested a later than normal checkout of at least 5 property’s in the area. I was told no all the way up until I contacted Jacque and she said, yes, no problem and we could make arrangements to allow for a shower after the run. Check out was at noon and I thought I would be at least an hour late and she was so thoughtful to let me get clean before driving home. We loved the property!!! I was clean, welcoming, comfortable and well stocked with little amentinities.

Seattle get-away
Great place for a few days away in Seattle. Clean and stylish loft apartment in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. We had a mishap with our check in, but Jacque and Nathan were attentive (even in the midst of their Fourth of July afternoon), and all was resolved quickly. We loved watching fireworks happening all around the city from our doorway landing, and we had a great morning walk to Discovery Park, just a few miles away. We were a fairly quick Lyft Ride from downtown and we’re able to get Lime bikes there and ride in a bike lane all the way back from the waterfront to 21st Street. All in all, a wonderful place to spend a few days and nights in Seattle.

Magnolia Apartment
This was a roomy and comfortable studio apartment in a charming neighborhood. The apartment was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated! There was a convenient parking spot off the street but street parking was also available close by. The neighbors were also friendly.

Beautiful unit in a picturesque setting
We had a wonderful three night stay in this unit while visiting friends who live in Seattle. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. The only thing that would have made our stay slightly more comfortable would be a newer bed. We would stay here again if we travel back to the city.
