Disappointed

This is the first time that we used a VRBO and likely will not use one again. The home was not ready at check in, the “guest services” person seemed unstable and made a lot of excuses as to why it was not ready and offered things they did not honor. We could not speak directly with the owner. The air conditioning did not work. The inside of the home was updated and nice but the pictures make it look like it is much larger than it is. The neighborhood is somewhat sketchy. Traveled a long way and was really disappointed.

Quite and convenient

My daughter and I came to Seattle to visit family and for some rest and relaxation and this spot was perfect. 10 min away from Seattle Center 5 min away from parks2 min to walking trails 15 min from the airport! We will stay here again!

Climate Pledge Arena event

House was very clean. Had extras for bathroom (shampoo, soap). Kitchen stocked with coffee and sugar. Well equipped kitchen. Near walking trails. Easy parking off road. Near bus line if wanting to commute. Had a minor issue and point of contact quick to address. Would stay again.

Perfect Little House

This place has been thoughtfully renovated and was very comfortable for our stay. Appreciated the nice quality kitchen items for use and there were ample supplies to supplement our meals. Hot tub was lovey and private.

Perfect home for exploring Seattle

Stayed for four nights, parked rental car in the garage, made breakfast in the modern kitchen with all you need for cooking, slept in comfortable beds, enjoyed the hot tub and outside space. Located conveniently between Sea-Tac and DT Seattle. Host left an much appreciated bottle of champagne! Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Every detail was perfect

Very nice place. The owner went above and beyond in thinking of every detail and extra touch. We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was hot and we felt welcomed.

Great place

The house was comfortable with many amenities, Jonathan thought of everything and he was always there if we had a question. Easy access to Seattle attractions and airport. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of site seeing.

Lovely Stay

Agree, wholeheartedly, with other visitors that this stay was clean, well organized and relaxing! The neighborhood was quiet save for a few pups across the way that were excited to see people. The garage is super tight, but doable, and comforting to know your car is stored safely. The lack of air conditioning was not ideal in hot (for Seattle) weather. Even with the provided ventilation system and standing fans, the afternoon and nights were hotter than we would have liked. The distance from downtown isn't bad unless you're going to be back and forth multiple times, then that might cost you if you don't use your own vehicle. Loved the hot tub and its setting as well as the kitchen and hospitality provided! Would stay again, but during cooler months.

Fantastic place to stay

My family and I visited Seattle for a weekend and this was the perfect place to stay for us. The place was spotless, organized, and very cozy and cute. I appreciated that all of the cupboards/drawers in the kitchen were labeled. It made it super easy to cook our own meals. The check-in and check-out process were very easy. Jonathan was also very quick to respond when I had questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seattle!

This is a one of the best VRBO rentals that we have stayed at in Seattle. Very clean, well equipped and exactly like the pictures describe. The neighborhood is your typical urban/suburban feel, with lots of restaurants and near the stadiums which was great for baseball. Highly recommend

House was just what we were looking for! We were in town for events based in West Seattle, but even our drive into town was quick and easy! It was immaculately kept and comfortable. Our host Jonathan really did think of everything, he even had coffee with fixings (which was a lifesaver our first morning after a light night arrival!) Would stay again!

Spotlessly clean and Beautiful

Very impressed with how clean this beautiful place was. We enjoyed our stay and the Hot tub was very welcoming after a long ride from Portland on motorcycles. 5 Stars for sure. We'll be back! Thank you.
