First off working with this host was very challenging. They essentially didn’t communicate and wouldn’t respond to questions related to check in or even acknowledge messages. I sent them about damage to certain items in the unit that we noticed upon arrival. I sent two different messages requesting information about parking. I never got a response. Unit was as described and aligned with the pictures. However, the second bedroom was not actually a bedroom and really had no place to work. All the seating was rather uncomfortable and it made it really hard for two of us to work would should’ve been a great location. Although we left the unit in near perfect condition, I’m skeptical that they’ll refund my full security deposit. Vrbo customer service has been really challenging to deal with as well. This will probably be my last reservation through Vrbo.
