Nice clean apartment.

Place was clean and well appointed. In good area close to site-seeing activities with a little walk. The only frustration was parking. There is a parking garage on property which you cannot use apparently. You have to park on street. Oh and parking on street during day is for only 2 hours and you cannot park on street after 6pm till 7 am without a resident permit. I am not from the area and couldn’t find any parking. I finally found parking a couple blocks away after my first 115 dollar ticket. The parking lot was 90 dollars a day. So the cost of 2 days of parking will add 180-200 dollars to the cost of your rental price. Make sure you take this into consideration of the price of rental. If you choose a different place verify there is parking spot you can use as parking in Seattle is hard to find and expensive. I would recommend VRBO to have a list of parking lots available to choose from on this listing so you would have a clue where to go to find parking.

Great Location

We truly enjoyed the stay and the location was perfect and close to everything. The only issues we encountered were getting into the building (the codes would not work) and the bathrooms were not fully cleaned. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Perfect place to the heart of everything

This apartment is located within walking distance from all the main attractions. It's the perfect location, comfortable, clean, amazing. 10/10 would recommend. I'd stay here again.

Came into town for a Kraken game and this was a perfect location for us. It’s an easy walk to Climate Pledge arena and The Needle. Groceries and a terrific coffee shop/bakery within 2 blocks. Highly recommend!

Great place and great location

The place was clean and packed with all the amenities needed for 4 adults. The neighborhood was safe and had good bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Seattle.

Condo by the space needle

This place was a good location to walk everywhere. I rented a car and i did not need one. One thing that is not described on this rental, is that there is street parking, but you are limited by the city to 2 hours and no overnight parking anywhere. There is a paid parking close by but its only up to 4 hours. I found a 24 hr parking 6 blocks away. Besides all this the condo was beautiful. Nice balcony and very cozy. I will rent this place again but next time im not renting a car. Its not needed.

Cruise

We came here before our Alaska cruise. It was all they said it would be. Great location and clean comfy beds. I wish we could have checked out a bit later. We couldn’t get on our cruise until 12:30 and with 6 bags that’s a lot to drag along with us. We they would have had a different coffee maker. We would still come back though! Great stay over all

Lovely Property

We were two couples staying two nights before an Alaskan cruise. The property was perfectly located for us to walk to the local highlights. It was very clean and mostly well equipped. Oddly there was no hair dryer. It’s such an inexpensive item in the grand scheme of a full property. We purchased one and left it for future guests. Decor was nice and homey.

Location was great. Most electrical outlet’s didn’t work. As a result the guest bedroom had no lights and fans did not work (nights were uncomfortably warm). Property Management and customer service were terrible.

Basic neccesities not present.

1 tpaper roll for 4 people for 4 days. No soap present. 2 large and 2 small cloths to last us 4 days. Unable to get in initially. Two groups of loud younger people abive and below us. Lost power Sat eve between 2am and 3am and had to navigate rest room in blackout. Host resolved 1st two issues within 4 hours. Location basically an alley way but charming. Cost high

The property was perfect for a friends' weekend. Close to City Center, many restaurants, and PNB. Quiet, clean neighborhood with coffee across the street.

Humble Sound

The property was great. Rooms were clean. The only problem was during check-in. Nowhere in their listing. Did they tell you the apartment number. After a few phone calls to the property manager we got it figured out but I think for the future they should give you the apartment number along with the door code.
