Above and beyond our expectations!!

This VRBO had everything we wanted and more. The host was very attentive, checking before we got there and after to ensure we had everything we needed. They provided many amenities, such as oatmeal, popcorn, granola bars, candy, and all the condiments we could need. They also had all the toiletries you could ever want. There are three seating areas inside and two outside. We were able to easily get pool passes, which were really great. The master bedroom closet and all had hangers, spacious, and the water filter was great. We highly recommend this and hope to return soon. Can’t say enough about how great our time in Bare Foot Bay was because we didn’t have to worry about a thing in our lodging.

Vacation

The house is clean and well set up. We had everything we need from cooking, towels, beach supplies, etc. It's conveniently located near activities within Barefoot Bay, and so many others in the surrounding area. The host is helpful and very quick to respond to any questions.

Great stay in Barefoot Bay

The place was exactly what we were looking for. We had coffee in the morning at the side of the house. It was so nice to just sit outside and enjoy. Communication with the owner was great, clean and such a well stocked house with everything you could think of. Amazing place to rent.

Best VRBO in BFB!

This was the best home in barefoot Bayto stay. I thought the home was very clean and comfortable. The carpets were plush. the bed was very comfortable! The location to the rest of our family was very close, and the amenities available in barefoot Bay only make me want to move there sooner! I felt so comfortable here, I definitely will rebook this home when I return to visit family again. This home is very spacious with a cute outdoor seating too! Dale was very communicative and welcoming. Thank you for having such a beautiful home to share with others. Merry Christmas

Great Stay

The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable with everything you need to vacation away from home. We had a fully stocked kitchen, except food of course, and towels and other bathroom accessories. You had a pass to access the pools and activity at Barefoot Bay. Easy access to and from Barefoot Bay by way of Micco Road. You have access to many stores within the Bay. The ocean beaches are but a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend this home for your vacation stays.

Convenient, Clean, and Carefree

This property is one of the best rentals that we have ever stayed at. The home was extraordinarily clean, and we wholeheartedly appreciated the "no shoes in the house" policy. Dale was incredibly informative to ensure that all was effortless upon our arrival to the property while leaving helpful notes around the home to ensure that our stay went well! The property was equipped with many essentials that one would need or would forget when traveling away from home. The home's location is perfect to bypass major traffic while cutting typical Florida commute times in half with its distance and accessibility to various stores and easy access to the I-95 and US-1. Ultimately, we are grateful for Dale and our time at this property! 😊🙏

Comfortable + Quiet Stay in Barefoot Bay

Our recent stay at Dale's VRBO rental in Barefoot Bay was absolutely perfect. The house was comfortable and modest, offering plenty of space for our family. We were delighted by the quietness of both the house and the neighborhood, making it an ideal retreat. The community offers a lot to do; we particularly enjoyed the multiple pools and spending time on the pier. The property's location was convenient to shopping and restaurants, adding to our overall ease and enjoyment. Dale, the owner, was incredibly attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we were settled and comfortable throughout our stay. We will definitely return in the future when visiting my grandmother again and highly recommend this property to anyone coming to the Barefoot Bay community.

Sebastian stay

This property was close to our family and made our commute to and from very easy. The house was very well kept and clean, with many amenities which made it comfortable. Cute beach style home

We enjoyed our stay very much. Just prior to our arrival there was an issue with the spare bath. Parts were not expected to arrive before we left. The parts arrived sooner than expected. Dale contacted us and asked if we would like to have maintenance do the repairs. We were traveling with my soon to be 90 year old mother. The second bath was needed. Dale contacted the maintenance man and it was repaired that day we are very appreciative of this they could have waited until we left but they did not. Thank you for being conscience of our need

Barefoot Bay Florida Fun!

We had a great time checking out the area. Had drinks and listened to great music at the main pool. Rode our bikes around Barefoot Bay, my husband golfed 9 homes and we had done great meals In Sebastian at Captain Hiram’s and Squid Lips. Main pool was pretty crowded on Sunday but still fun. Beds were very comfortable and we found everything that we needed. The manager and the owner were both available and very friendly and helpful.

Still a quiet, relaxed Florida winter spot

We enjoyed the home and neighborhood as much as last year. The home is well supplied and appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking or bicycle rides. The surrounding areas of Sebastian and Fellsmere are reminiscent of 'old Florida'. More metropolitan Melbourne and Vero Beach can satisfy shopping or dining needs. And there are plenty of saltwater and freshwater watersports access locations nearby.

Easy, relaxing, fun! Karen across the street was amazing. Every thing you need is there. I suggest renting a golf cart to putt around. Kelly Keith is very affordable. Poolside is always fun. Live music often. Lunches ,cocktails, friendly service. I will book again. A big thank you to our hosts.

Great neighborhood, wonderful home.

Very spacious for two adults and exceptionally well supplied and appointed. Appliances were top quality. There were spares for all linens and the kitchen included numerous condiments, spices, and cleaning products. The host provided notes on regional beaches, restaurants, attractions, and shopping. The Florida room was a roomy and bright place to spend some quiet time. The outdoor patio had a great southern exposure. The home was convenient for bike rides, leisurely strolls, and low-key local shopping. And the larger metropolitan areas of Melbourne and Palm Bay were a short drive away. Orlando's southern suburbs of Kissimmee and St. Cloud are a comfortable day trip. We had a great trip!
