Cute place with lovely view!
Such a cute place right in the water. It was very peaceful and relaxing! Can’t wait to go back in the summer, when we can actually enjoy that water!

This was a wonderful cabin which had everything I needed. It was clean, spacious, and the view was amazing. The weather was windy and rainy, but the cabin was cozy and welcoming. I will be staying here again.

Peaceful Little Cottage
We loved staying here! The cottage was clean and had everything we needed! So nice to be that close to the water.We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to all the quiet, peaceful sounds of nature; not to mention the most BEAUTIFUL sunset we’ve seen in quite a while! We’ll be back!

Quaint Saginaw Bay
The house was very nice, perfect size for us. The view of Saginaw Bay was beautiful. If you’re a birder, this is the place to go as well. It is very relaxing to sit on the deck, look out over the water, and see many egrets, and other waterfowl. I did not bring my kayaks, it would’ve been a perfect place to kayak. I’m sure the sunsets are amazing, but I was up at a State Park so I never got to see one from there.

Awesome cottage!
Everything was great. Peaceful, relaxing and they allow 1 dog under 50#s. One of the main reasons we chose this rental. Our dog Bria also gave it 5 stars!

Nature Retreat
Absolutely lovely! Very clean and plenty of room. The views are spectacular. The cottage is waterfront with lots of birds to enjoy watching. The bird sounds are beautiful music to the senses. The Sunsets are amazing. You will not be disappointed.

Quiet little cottage with a peaceful view
I took my grandma on a short trip to visit Caseville, and this cottage was only a 15 minute drive to their downtown area. The patio on the house was sooo relaxing. The couple issues we had were addressed by Wade immediately and he was so kind and professional. I would definitely stay at another one of his properties as I was told he has four in that area. Overall my grandma and I had a great, relaxing time! But if you are looking to stay somewhere with a ton of activities… this may not be the best place for you. This is relaxation at its finest for a good price!

A peaceful getaway
Enjoyed the location. The home is perfect for a couple. The view of the lake provides an indescribable beauty. The neighbors are pleasant. You can drive to Caseville within in 15 to 20 minutes. Go where you want and come back to this place to relax. Would gladly recommend this home and the owner.

Back door doesn’t lock
Could feel springs in mattress, back door doesn’t lock at all. This has to be already known because the latch didn’t even line up. Blinds are needed on all windows/doors. As soon as it got dark at 5pm, zero privacy. There is one central heat system that should be noted. Can’t sleep in the bedroom with the door closed or no heat. Property mgr said he would send someone to look at lock, that never happened and then he ignored me. He was 3 hours away. Quite irresponsible. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Perfect couple's weekend getaway
First, the photos are spot on, including the view from the deck. The cottage was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our quiet weekend getaway. The neighbors were friendly, too. We felt relaxed and safe there. Also, Wade contacted me within 30 minutes of booking the property. He was friendly and made sure to answer any questions. Since he was out of town that weekend, he gave us the number of the woman who cleans the cottage, Kim. She also was a delight to speak with and responsive. We departed there saying we would book the property again. As planned, it was perfect for our couple's weekend retreat.

So cute! Exactly what we needed and were looking for. Host was super communicative and answered any questions we had. We loved being out away from everything yet still having some neighbors to chat with at night at the fire. So clean! So comfortable! We did bring our own Wi-Fi because we knew we were going kinda out to the sticks. Do your research! It’s remote! Cell service is questionable! 10/10 will book again!

No privacy and lacks hospitality
The communication was poor from the start, we never received a call from the property manager as stated and then as things came up, such as no toilet paper (which we did end up finding in the dirty utility room) or smelling gas in the house, he was hard to get ahold of and brushed it off. I would recommend bringing a carbon monoxide alarm. The house lacks privacy, it's right between two other houses and the blinds are either broken or do not go down all the way. I also want to bring up that the moldy water damaged ceiling in the bedroom should be fixed, as that's unacceptable anywhere. I wish we would have just stayed in a hotel, where we would have had basic amenities like coffee and hand soap.

I appreciate the renters information, and a note to all that this cabin is in a tucked away cottage community that is a little remote, so cell phone service and internet can be spotty. There are drone pictures of the cabin and the surrounding area in the listing to show its proximity to other cottages.This cabin is fresh on the market and is getting new updates every week as many of us know that it's very difficult to source all the labor and material these days. Great location for fishing
We enjoyed our stay. The dog loved swimming the whole time. The weather didn’t cooperate for the fishing but we had a good time anyway. The sunsets here are amazing!! Thank you Wade
