Older furnishings but comfortable and great location
Bell Rock Inn is an older timeshare property. As a timeshare owner myself through a different company, I understand listing properties separately from those sites “approved” by the timeshare company. It’s totally normal to book my place for friends of friends and tell them how to circumvent the pushy timeshare sales tactics. Don’t let this dissuade you from booking this place.
The room was comfortable. It had a small kitchenette, full sized refrigerator, couch, chair, and full bathroom. If you want a balcony, book the larger room. The room itself is dated (older furniture, carpet, etc), but comfortable and perfect for our needs. Check-in was easy. They had all of my info and I simply followed the instructions sent by the host company to tell them I was friends with the actual owner of the timeshare. They never even attempted to sell me anything. Check out was done via text. Everything went smoothly and was exactly as documented in the post and communication with the host.
Location is in Oak Creek, close to great restaurants and hiking trails. Quick drive to Sedona.
