Great little cabin
The house is super cozy. It's in a great location. Peaceful and quiet. Walking distance to some great trails. The house is supplied with everything you may need. Cute little patio in front of the house where we watched the sky at night. So many stars! I will be back.

Mediocre at best
Very old place, uncomfortable beds, the house smelled of mold. It was so bad that we almost left that night. The place did have good amenities, but definitely will never stay here again. We are pretty disappointed. The hot tub was nice but overall, I don’t think we will be back.

Hi. In response to the review, the mattresses are only a few years old. They are a higher quality mattress that most people find very comfortable! There is no mold in the house. If there was a smell it was probably from the washing machine lid being left closed. It can produce a “funky” smell. We always try to check that and I guess we missed. Sorry. We pride ourselves on providing a clean, comfortable experience for our guests and will continue to do so.

Wonderful Stay
Our trip only allowed for a one night stay. But what an impression this place made. A quiet neighborhood, an easy hiking trailhead nearby and close access for groceries and other amenities. The house was clean, the kitchen fully equipped, the bed was very comfortable, a very relaxing patio with a fire pit, and best of all - a hot tub to relax the muscles after a long day. This place will be on our list for a future extended stay. Thank you!

Exceeded Expectations!!!!
As the title suggests, our vacation here exceeded the already very positive reviews which lead me to selecting this property. The amenities were perfect, clean, and comforting - the location was convenient to any of the hiking and golfing in Sedona, communication and process with owners was seamless, plus just a short drive to the Grand Canyon. Relaxing spring break
My family stayed here for two nights during spring break. The home was clean comfortable and had one of the best stock kitchens of any VRBO I stayed in. We used the hot tub multiple times throughout our stay. The home is located, close to trails, grocery stores, restaurants – basically whatever you would need. Pete and Theresa responded quickly to questions and frequently checked in. We would stay here again.

Lovely Place Just Steps from Wonderful Sedona Trails!
This property is sweet, indeed. It is a very cute 2 bedroom just a steps away from the entry to quite beautiful red rock trails in West Sedona. The beds were fantastic. The living area was comfortable. The patio was fun with a 4-place hot tub that took away the sore muscles from walking the trails of Sedona. It is located close to a Safeway and various restaurants. The hosts were great as well. If you have a chance, stay here!

Sedona getaway
We absolutely fell in love with this unit! The location was perfect, quick little walk and you are on the trailhead for thunder mountain and a loop around chimney rock. Also so close to so many trails. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking! The kitchen has everything you could need. We fell in love with Sedona and plan on coming back and staying here again!! We are hoping to do this once a year.

College Spring Break Family Trip
We went on a college spring break with our twin freshmen and enjoyed our one night in Sedona staying at Sedona Sweetness! Theresa was extremely helpful and so great with communication. The home is decorated warmly and is very cozy. We enjoyed the restaurant recommendations and the hot tub! We stayed in 5 different places in 6 nights and my son said this was his favorite. ;)

Highly recommend!
Beautiful place, nicely done up. Everyrhing was clean, with comfy beds and sitting areas. Nice quiet neighborhood, walking path across the street. Hot tub felt fantastic to relax in with moon overhead and soft clouds in the sky.

Perfect location
We loved the location. We were able to hike from the house as well as head out to Boynton Canyon hikes and stop back for lunch before heading out again. The massage chairs and hot tub were perfect for relieving our sore muscles each night. The dark skies community allows for wonderful star gazing. Sedona shops and restaurants are a quick drive, too. We would definitely come again.

Great house in a great location!
Just got back from a weeklong stay at this lovely home in West Sedona! The scenery nearby was absolutely stunning and it was great to be so close to the Thunder Mountain trailhead. The house was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had a truly well-stocked kitchen and lots of amenities. It was a great home base for our Sedona adventures. The hot tub was such a nice treat after a long day of hiking! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for what we needed!
Me and my friends were looking for a space to chill, watch movies and escape some of the higher temps of phoenix for the night. And this was perfect for that! We even saw a javalina in the yard the next morning. It was a great trip!

Perfect weekend getaway!
Absolute gem for a birthday day-trip up from Phoenix! This place was cute, clean and a wonderful retreat after a day in town. Enjoyed BBQ'ing on the grill and soaking in the hot tub. Walking distance to trails was a plus! This was an amazing little staycation! We so appreciated the coffee and creamer provided before heading back home. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great location, nice neighborhood
On the West side of Sedona, away from crowded uptown traffic., close to grocery stores and restaurants, easy to find. Definitely close to trails which helps because parking at trailheads is an issue in Sedona, even when it’s not the busiest season. Five adults at the kitchen table was a little tight but comfortable, there’s also relaxed and spacious outdoor seating if the weather cooperates. Beds had a nice firmness level, bathrooms clean and functional. I would stay here again.

Little gem in paradise!
Top notch! Excellent location is quiet neighborhood but only short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Right on cycle trail. Very cozy two bed home with additional comfortable pull out double futon. Everything you could possibly want - outdoor patios, BBQ, fire pit, tons of outdoor seating, large TV with NetFlix, super clean kitchen and every conceivable plate, bowl and utensil. Lovely comfy queen beds. Just super nice in every way. We will absolutely come back again and again.

Wonderful Getaway

Perfect location and lots of space
This property was super clean and comfortable with a great outdoor space and the AC worked really well. The location was excellent- very central to everything and as it says in the description, there are great trails within walking distance of the house. It is also close to multiple restaurants, spas, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. I would highly recommend and hope to return!!

Perfect Family Vacation
Our stay in Sedona exceeded any expectations that we had for the trip. The house was clean and well appointed. It fit our family of 6 well. Theresa stopped by one night to check on us and offered suggestions for sights to see and areas to hike. The location of the house is great, in a nice quiet area but easy to access the surrounding areas. Our favorite part of the house was the outdoor patio space and grill. One of our children has declared that she is moving to Sedona when she gets older. To say that we enjoyed ourselves in an understatement!!
