The heater in the living room didn’t work and the shower drain did not drain very well, so I had to keep turning off the shower to let the bottom drain.

The address listed on Expedia is NOT right. It’s actually down the street from where Expedia tells you. That confused us greatly. But this property is AMAZING. You should definitely stay here. Amazing views of the bay and the lighthouse. I bet in winter this is the best northern lights place in all of Iceland (we stayed in summer). 10 minute drive from downtown. 30 minute walk. This place is a MUST STAY! (Just know the directions are slightly off on this website)

The property is clean, but oddly arranged in layout. Some beds are in the equivalent of the dining room if you have more than 4-6 guests. Shower flooded in one bathroom. Kitchen amenities were hard to use due to lack of guidance or instructions on site.

the best spot for northern lights. Next to famous lighthouse northern lights hot spot. Entire apartment is self service but good support from staff via whatsapp.
