Dear Ms Jennifer, Please be informed that AC filters are changed on a regular basis. When the conditioners work intensively filters may need to be cleaned more often. You also have to consider that this is an exceptionally and unexpectedly extremely hot Summer with so many heat waves in a row. We are sorry to hear you did not find the majority of our Staff to be as helpful as expected, normally our standards of service are greatly appreciated by Guests and well rated. Dear Guest, We are so sorry for the inconvenience with the AC. You stayed with us during one of the most terrible and extraordinary heat waves of this Summer. The AC system was affected, meaning that in some rooms temperature was not as expected, that's why we offered you a portable unit to be added in your room.
