“the estate is beautiful. our bathroom was super small with the toliet right over your knees . water pressure in shower was great. the bed super comfy slept like a rock. didn't know it was the 3rd floor. lol Not good for people with bad knees. Breakfast awesome. The people that work there super nice also. great location. ”

“The property is very small (maximum of 6 guests), and is essentially a renovated old farmhouse. That’s what makes it so quaint and unique, plus it’s very quiet. The host is extremely friendly, and since it’s a B&B we had a really nice breakfast cooked for us in the morning. The only downside (thankfully we didn’t run into this issue) is that the two “standard” rooms share a bathroom. I feel like this should be stated VERY clearly and up front in the listing. I certainly don’t want to pay $100 ...

“The place is beautiful. I’ve only stayed there for one night on a work trip, but I got to enjoy the outdoors with a coffee in the afternoon, an amazing home cooked breakfast and a lovely chat with the owner. The room was exactly as pictured, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was so cute! It’s a real bed and breakfast, you feel home and welcomed. A unique property that’s worth a stay!”

“Everything in the other rave reviews is true! House is immaculate, baths are elegant, Brian is friendly and responsive, kitchen great for lots of cooking, loved having one table for all 16 of us. We enjoyed the games (volleyball, pool, etc.) and hot tub and pool and the trains (especially my son with ASD!) VERY valuable to us were having a bedroom and bathroom that required no stairs, reliable wi-fi despite having approximately one bazillion devices connected to it, and the awesome deck...
