Absolutely the best

Beautiful inside and out, has everything you need and then some. We were here to celebrate our daughters HS grad with 6 teenagers in tow. They were content to just enjoy the cabin because there was so much to do and they did NOT get bored! Easily accessible, close to grocery store and all the hussle and bussle of Pigeon Forge is not far away. The hosts were amazing, so friendly and quick to get back to us with any concerns. They have thought of everything that you need down to the smallest detail, for cooking, the firepit, popcorn for the theater room, even dishes for the pooch. (The hubs fav, 5 recliners in the living room lol) I can't say enough about this place! You will not be disappointed. The best review of all came from 6 teen girls who said they "had the time of their lives", Now that, is worth 10 stars alone! Thank you for sharing your Peaceful Perch with us!

Beautiful cabin

The cabin was amazing. It was a short stay for us but the kids really loved all of the amenities that the cabin had. Just far enough away from town but in a nice quiet area. Owners were very responsive to us. Would recommend to anyone and stay again!

Smokey Mountain Cabin

Wonderful place with excellent owners. Verry helpful and cordial. Quiet with a great view without being too isolated. Good kitchen and the lower level has a real home theater with a game room which is pretty unique. If we return to the area it is at the top of the list.

Great house, great location

The house was in great shape and clean when we arrived. The kitchen was fully equipped but could have had more measuring cups and spoons. It was our daughter’s birthday so we made a cake, The kitchen had a very nice mixer and bowls to use. The bathrooms suppled plenty of towels, soaps and shampoos. The owner responded quickly to our needs. We loved the location close to the park because we spent much of our time hiking. At night we enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub and just sitting on the porch enjoying the view.

Games were lots of fun. Theater room was great for watching movies. Spacious and worked perfect for our family. Great shops really close by but also not far from Pigeon Forge. Great communication. Thanks for a great stay.

Awesome spring break getaway

From the start Les was an amazing host.Very easy to contact and work with.The house is beautiful and quiet but so much to do inside if you want to. You can just stay right there in that little town and not go anywhere!. We are definitely keeping this one on our favorite list!

Was beyond our expectations!

From the minute my family and I pulled up we was in awe! The pictures don't due justice on the view! The cabin was the cleanest place I have ever stayed at! It is exactly how it's described! My family and I definitely needed this vacation! It was beyond relaxing and we hated having to leaving! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE STAYING HERE AGAIN! The only thing I hated was no having more time there!!!

Great place

We traveled to the area for a gymnastics meet and to celebrate my mom’s birthday. It was a serene location with beautiful views and plenty to do. The cabin was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The game room and theater room entertained our children for hours. Will definitely book again when we are back this way.

Great family trip!

We really enjoyed staying at the cabin! Great location with beautiful scenery. My children especially loved the games in the basement and the theater room. The owners have thought of all kinds of touches to make it feel homier for guests. I’d definitely recommend the location for families with kids!

Picturesque, cozy getaway

The two of us had a wonderful visit to the Smokies during peak color time. This house provided a spectacular view of the trees and mountains. We loved the privacy, comfort, and proximity to local attractions.

Ideal spot for our 1st visit to the Smokey’s

We had an amazing stay and experience here during our 1st visit to the Smokey Mountain area. The location was ideal- away from the hustle and bustle, while convenient and close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. The cabin was immaculate and we loved the amenities, including the game room. The fenced yard was also ideal for including our dog on this trip. We were extremely pleased with our stay and experience, and would absolutely stay here again!

Charming, cozy , spacious and convenient

The house was exactly as shown in the ad. The kitchen was large enough to have many people assisting. The space is excellent for a couple with children or adults. It’s roomy in each area and the master bath has a very large bathroom with a washer and dryer unit. The porch has a beautiful view and a jacuzzi to enjoy it. Kids would love the games in the basement. Watching movies on the big screen with comfy chairs was great. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

We had a great time at this rental and plan to return soon! Wes was a great help whenever we needed information! The rental had everything we needed! Wonderful location.

This home was easy to get to and not too far from pigeon forge or national parks. We loved the theater room and the outdoor space. The basement game area was also a big hit. I did however feel like the pictures and descriptions of bedrooms were deceiving since only one bedroom had an actual door for privacy. Overall great property but might have booked differently due to the number bedrooms .

Best one yet!

We have stayed in many homes through Vrbo, but this one takes the cake! My 14 year old said it is the best one we have stayed in yet. The game room provided hours of fun, alleviating the need to constantly find entertainment for the kids. The movie room provided state of the art movie viewing! The beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The fenced area in the back was perfect for our dog to take quick breaks. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. I have nothing negative to say! Everything was perfect and we would definitely stay again!
