Wonderful hosts

This was a very cute property. We had one issue with WiFi and the owners were very quick to answer. They solved the problem very promptly. They gave very specific instructions for check in and check out. I would totally stay again. I would also recommend it for friends and family as well.

I liked everything except the check out time. I feel like if we check in at 4 pm we should be able to leave at 4 pm not have to leave at 10 am. But otherwise it was nice and peaceful.

Communication and location were great but place needs TLC

Lawrence was quick to communicate and offered to have maintenance and house keeping come out as the kitchen wasn’t very clean, a chair had legs ready to come off and the floor by the back door was spongy and falling apart. I didn’t text back to also share that there was debris in the hot tub at the bottom, the chlorine tablets had fallen out and were at all over the bottoms of the hot tub and there was trash and items around the condo (pile of things on the side of the building as well). The bedroom and bathrooms were clean and an offer for someone to come out was made but with children and our dog as well as well as us being there only a couple of nights it didn’t seem worth the hassle. We couldn’t get in with the code initially but there was a key we could use and then found out the trick is to pull the door towards you when typing in the numbers as the doorway had shifted.

Spring Break Vacation

My family and I had such a great time. We enjoyed the hot tub and arcade. The home was very cozy and spacious for us four. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Also, close to great restaurants and shopping stores. Definitely enjoyed our vacation and plan to book again in the future.

Okay experience

Property was okay but air conditioner did not work, even after messaging the owner, it was never even looked at. Porch light didn’t work. Couldn’t watch tv without having to pay for it & wasn’t in a perfect location to us.

Great Rental

Everything was just as listed and matched pictures. Perfect area for my young family and 2 dogs. We were able to go out and enjoy all the activities of Pigeon Forge and come back to the rental throughout the day. Hot tub was great. Would stay here again

Family Reunion

We stayed at this property to attend a family reunion in Dandridge, TN. It was at a good location to travel to our reunion but also a great location if you are wanting to enjoy the sites and events in Pigeon Forge. You could travel to everything in Pigeon Forge in minutes avoiding the parkway traffic. The host was awesome and we will not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Lil Family Weekend Get Away

Very clean and cozy property. I enjoyed a quiet Neiborhood that was close to all the attractions in the area. Everything we wanted to go to was no more than 10 to 15 minutes away. Also, very reasonable pricing for the time we were visiting. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great Stay in the Smokies

We enjoyed our stay at Five Oaks. The condo was even better than described on VRBO. The beds were comfortable and the condo had all the needed amenities for our stay. Will recommend to family and friends.

Christmas Vacation

We had an excellent stay. Loved the extra bathrooms, and the beds. Just had a minor issue with the 2nd bathroom toilet, and being that it is a new rental, it could use pot holders and a pizza cutter.
