Good: they have a daily free shuttle bus to Naama Bay at night, all food inclusive, helpful and great staff willing to help you solve issues, help you calling taxi, etc. You can snorkel and get great massages.
Bad: bad internet, no WiFi in rooms and the one in reception is very slow, they must raise their cleaning standards, they don’t clean cups/glasses in the room even if they are used, had to ask the cleaner to leave soap. A very big hotel. Small beach area.
