La struttura è molto grande e nel complesso piacevole, pur se qualche dettaglio sarebbe da rivedere. L’accesso alla spiaggia non è diretto, ma è sufficiente attraversare la strada. È vicina al centro di Naama Bay. Il personale è molto gentile e ci è stata anche offerta una cena a sorpresa.

Soggiorno invernale al jaz Sharm Dreams
Il resort è molto grande e ci sono moltissime piscine, alcune anche riscaldate, i giardini molto curati e bordo piscina sempre pulito. I pasti sono molto vari quindi si trova sempre qualcosa di proprio gusto. L'animazione è sempre presente anche la sera, gli spettacoli carini, ma si potrebbe fare qualcosa di più. La spiaggia vicina, molto curata e controllata dal personale del posto. Consiglierei senz'altro il jaz Sharm Dreams. Oltretutto è vicino all'aeroporto e vicino allo shopping di naama bay, raggiungibile a piedi.

Dit hotel is helaas vergane glorie en zeker geen vijf sterren waard! Het grote pluspunt is de zwembaden, deze zijn echt prachtig met heerlijke bedjes. Daar begint ook meteen het eerste minpunt: de mooiste bedjes worden al de avond van tevoren al gereserveerd door er handdoeken op te leggen waarbij wij sterk de indruk kregen dat het personeel hierbij helpt tegen betaling. Daardoor krijg je nauwelijks de kans om een mooi bedje te bemachtigen. Op het strand zijn veel te weinig bedjes, er zijn zeker 10 parasols waar geen bedjes bij staan en het personeel gaat dan leuren om bedjes bij mensen die er teveel bezet houden. Het eten is steeds hetzelfde, vaak koud dn droog en je moet eerst leuren om bestek, zeker als je buiten wilt eten. Dan de airco: onze eerste airco was de airco niet meer dan een ventilator die lucht blaast. Het was ‘s nachts bliedheet in de kamer. Ze stuurden een monteur die met een schroevendraaier wat porde, waardoor er wat meer licht blies, koelen deed het nog niet. Na drie keer klagen na een halve dag strijd voeren een nieuwe kamer gekregen. Ook hier werkte de airco niet naar behoren. Als je hem op koelen zette, ging ie verwarmen, dus weet bloedhete nacht. Uiteindelijk uitgevonden dat als we m op fan zetten, hij wel iets koelde, maar ook niet stabiel. Meubilair en sanitair valt van ellende iit elkaar, meerdere keren moeten vragen om WC papier, dat soms niet kwam. En zeker 80% van de populatie is Rus. Koraal bij het hotelstrand grotendeels al dood. Niet doen!

The resort was excellent! Great loaction..excellent on site facilities. The food was full of varieties. One downside was the lack of vegetarian dishes..otherwise all in all was very very good!

Overall, the property was very well kept. Furniture was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Food was okay. As expected from a buffet style meal prepared for a lot of customers.

Struttura semplice ma ottima, in centro a Naama Bay, camere confortevoli - uomo delle pulizie molto cordiale, piscina bellissima con bagnini super gentili, spiaggia stupenda a 3 minuti, bar e baristi ottimi con cappuccino SUPER, ristorante con cibo abbondante e buono per ogni palato.. menzioni speciali per i cuochi Abdelrhmen e Alaa Salem.. insomma ottimo raffronto qualità/prezzo.. Sicuramente ci tornerò

Kahvaltı kültürleri yok o yüzden kötüydü ama öğle ve akşam yemekleri mükemmeldi. Odalar ferah geniş ve temizdi. Havuzlar temizdi. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi güler yüzlüydü. Genel anlamda iyi bir deneyimdi.

Io e la mia amica abbiamo soggiornato 8 giorni presso questa struttura. Ci siamo trovate benissimo! Personale cordiale e disposto ad aiutarti in ciascun momento. Piscine spettacolari, camere pulite. Animatori simpatici e non aggressivi, un ringraziamento speciale va a Khalid per la sua gentilezza e professionalità. Unica nota un po’ dolete è il cibo. Complessivamente do un 7: sono molto buone le zuppe ed il pollo. La spiaggia è lunga e non rocciosa, lo Sharm Dreams la condivideva con il Fayrouze Hotel.

The resort is a bit threadbare, the rooms were spacious, but in need of repair. The property has all of the essentials. The food was copious, but mediocre in quality. The beach access was easy, staff were very accommodating. Internet was intermittent and slow.

He genuinely cares about your guests. Let hope he can achieve Restaurant MGR soon. Alesia Pavlova This staff member ensures happiness is not a destination it’s a method of life. She really does make a huge difference in a positive way to the running of your hotel. Her smile, her attentiveness, her care is unfounded and real. She has a busy role in your organisation, but finds time to take care of all the guests needs. I worked in hotel and catering for over 10 years, and to find an employee like Alesia is very difficult. My recommendation would be to keep her, look after her and allow her growth within your organisation as more senior posts become available. She will give you, the employer and your customers her all. Man hat sich dort besonders gefühlt, nicht wie ein gast unter tausend. Gefühlt kannte einen jeder und man hatte immer ansprechpartner die man zu allem fragen konnte. Das personal spricht auch viel russisch, englisch und vereinzelte wörter deutsch. Sonerwünsche wurden immer angenommen!

Merece nota 8 e não nota 6 das avaliações
Hotel é bom porém está necessitando de reformas. Amplo quarto com sacada e banheira. Bem equipado. O sistema all inclusive possui bebidas alcoólicas nacionais, tais como cervejas e destilados a vontade. O restaurante serve um buffet variado de comida típica egípcia. Buffet de saladas e sobremesas. Assim como o café da manhã com bastante opção. Estávamos preocupados com as avaliações negativas, porém não tivemos os problemas relatados. Além do mais o hotel está bem localizado.

Rellay bad food ,one pf the terrible food that i ate in hotel, ever y day is the same and not opportunity of choice at all. Hauptpool super freundlich znd hilfsvereit znd tip top. Restaurant, Essen Katastrophe alles schmeckt gleich, teils unfreudlich und genervtes Personal da die Kundschaft(Russen) kein Anstand zeigen und nur fordern. Zimmer ok, Wasserdruck beim Duschen sehr mühsam.

Dit was jaren geleden een Hilton locatie, maar dat niveau haalt het nu niet meer. Het hotel heeft hier en daar wat onderhoud nodig en de regels in het restaurant zouden beter nageleefd moeten worden door het personeel (geen badkleding in restaurant etc). Personeel us allervriendelijks, vooral als je een tip geeft

Essen: - Das entspricht nicht ein 5 Stern Hotel Zustand. Das Essen hat kein gutes Geschmak, und es war an Vielen Tagen wiederholt. - Die Tische und die Stuhle waren nicht sauber, der Service man hat die Tische immer mit einer Savieten sauber gemacht (anstatt mit einem sauberen Tuch). Teil der Restaurant Team war nicht immer freundlich. Zimmer: - Die Zimmern beim Check-in waren nicht sauber. Ich habe den Service angerufen und Mahmoud von Service hat beide Zimmern komplett sauber gemacht. - Die Außen Tür zum Terasse waren nicht gesichert, so dass an einem Nacht um 4 Uhr als meine Familie und ich am Schlafen waren, hat jemand die Tür von außen geöffent. Ich habe den Hotel Service angerufen und informiert. Paar Hotel Mitarbeitern waren dort and haben die Tür angeschaut and Temporary repariert. Der Hotel Mitarbeiter hat mir gesagt, dass ein Fachman am nächsten tag kommt und die Tür reparieren wird, aber keiner ist gekommen. Schwimmbad: - Der Haupt-Schwimmbad war nicht Sauber, die Ränder sind kaputt und müssen repariert werden. Aqua park: -War ok und hat die Kinder gefallen.

I had to cancel my stay after 2 nights due to 1- Unclean places 2- Food caused health problems for all my family members. 3- Service delays, I do a request then I get a response after 12 hours even for simplest things like getting a clean glasses in the room. 4- Team is unprofessional and not even friendly.

Reception(Sameh Ashraf) is the best!!!
Best place to stay ever in Sharm El-Sheikh! I had to check out very early in the morning, but this guy at the reception (Sameh Ashraf) was super nice and willing to help me and my company. I'd like to revisit this place. Don't hesitate to choose this place and find Sameh at the front, he is the best!

La struttura è un po' vecchiotta ma tutto sommato molto carina e curata. Le stanze sono spaziosissime e nonostante l'età sono tenute molto bene, idem bagno; dovrebbero concentrarsi sulle piccole cose tipo in bagno il porta saponetta rotto o il porta fazzoletti senza viti solo appoggiato ma non sono queste cose a far scendere il punteggio ad un hotel. La spiaggia è molto vicina, bisogna attraversare lo stradone, entrare dentro al Fairuz e si è lì, spiaggia molto grande, pulita curata, peccatovper i tanti corvi che sporcano di continuo le sdraio! Il personale è abbastanza distaccato ma pure sempre gentile, ti lasciavano tranquillo però appena si entrava in confidenza diventavano super disponibili. Unica pecca è il loro cibo che è davvero tanto speziato, capisco che si è in Egitto e ci sono tanti turisti arabi però bisogna tenere in considerazione che c'è anche tutta un'altra parte del mondo che probabilmente non adora lo speziato come loro... Ultima considerazione: la maggior parte degli italiani ospiti in questo hotel sono napoletani...
