Beautiful, cozy cabin
We felt comfortable and at home in this clean, cute, cabin. It was decorated beautifully and completely updated. Bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. It took only 5 minutes to drive to town. It was wonderful waking up to snowflakes that we could watch through the picture windows. The deck was also very large and it would be fun to hang out there in the summer. Elaine was very helpful and responsive.

Spacious mountain getaway
Very much enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Only downside was the water heater and not everyone being able to have a warm shower. Other than that this cabin is equipped with everything that’s needed to have a carefree vacation. Very spacious and clean. The pictures posted by the host don’t do this place justice. Would definitely stay again :)

So relaxing
We had a wonderful stay over new years. My husband and two other couples that are dear friends had a fantastic time. The home is beautiful and everything you need for your stay. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. We are looking forward to staying again.

Weekend stay
Great multi level cabin with loft area. Cabin was very clean and had plenty of heaters to keep the lower levels warm. Definitely recommend this one.

Perfect Mountain getaway
This is a perfect cabin for a family. Very well-maintained, very spacious, and updated and beautiful inside. Great location at the end of eighth Street. Very safe with no traffic. Very accommodating owners.

Beautiful Location
We arrived on Friday and were immediately impressed by location. Upon entering the cabin, we realized why this place has been rated so well. Unfortunately, due to a forest fire, we had to leave Saturday midday. The owners were quick to respond and understood why we needed to evacuate. We do plan to return in future! I highly recommend this cabin.

Very nice clean Nice but not for seniors with bad knees.
It gets very warm in the afternoon so you have to open doors with no screen doors to try and cool the house off with fans. Also, the house is split level with the 3 bedrooms down 2 flights of stairs and for me with a bad knee, it was painful. The house is very clean and conveniently located to Shaver Lake.

Wonderful house and neighborhood!
This is the first place I've stayed where the house is more incredible in person than in the pictures! It was perfect for our family of 6 including my young daughter. The location is perfect. Close enough to Shaver but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. The house is clean and neat....everything worked beautifully and the kitchen has more supplies than I thought! The property manager responded to all my questions within minutes, too. She is polite and kind...I could feel she cared about our stay and helped me so much. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect house for our family vacation. We are even planning on making this an annual trip. 😊

Beautiful house near Shaver Lake
Great home with nice layout. Home appears just how it looks in pictures. Back deck is very private. We were very comfortable during our stay.

This property is fantastic! Perfect location. Gorgeous views, spacious, nice kitchen. Big screen tvs with DirecTV. Wifi needed to be restarted then worked perfect. The owners put a map in the binder with regulations for food and places to fish. Five stars I will definitely get this house again

PERFECT GETAWAY
This house is so amazing and cozy I would DEFINETLY keep elaines info to stay again beautiful house inside and out deck was awesome for cooking and watching the sunset.... however lake was shut down because of covid-19 situation but we stood in and still had a nice time pictures do not do the place any justice because it was much more beautiful and comfy in person thanks Elaine your home is amazingly AWESOME......

Great location
Took our 3 boys for a snow trip. Perfectly sized cabin for our family. Such a great location. The kids played in the snow and sled all day in the backyard.

Great cabin, great location.
The cabin has every amenity you could ask for. The 3 full baths make getting everyone ready for the day easy. Just a few minutes from town—for those that want to pick something up. Our group of 8 had an amazing weekend!

Christmas get-away!
We had a fantastic week with lots of snow and gorgeous Christmas decor in the home!! The large windows gave us gorgeous views all day and night. The house was perfect for our family and was equipped with everything we needed. Hope to come back in the summer!! Thanks Elaine!!

Excellent Place to Stay!
A fine house with plenty of rooms, and an equal number of bathrooms, all with showers! (3) Nice appliances, ceiling fans in every bedroom as well as the Living Room. Nice, large rear deck with three tables and chairs! Good location in a quiet neighborhood very close to the Lake. Highly recommend!

We spent a week in this lovely home. The house is on a quiet street. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. The house is spacious and clean. We had an easy check in and out. We will be back.

Worked out great for 6 adults for a weekend, the natural setting was priceless.

This was a lovely mountain respite for our family vacation. This house had plentiful amenities and was very clean with comfortable beds, charming decor and located in a nice neighborhood. The owners were happy to answer any questions and a pleasure to work with. Overall our stay was a wonderful experience!

Loved our stay!
We would highly recommend this home. It is kept very clean with three nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked nicely with dishes and pots and pans to make cooking easy. The location is perfect for a nice walk into town or if your adventurous like us, we hiked all the way to the lake it was beautiful! Our little vacay was just lovely and so relaxing. Elaine is very good also about getting right back to you to answer any questions. We plan on booking again with Elaine and staying at her amazing home.

Great cabin, enjoyable experience!
Cabin is perfect for a family vacation, comfortable living area, great layout, even a loft, large dining table seating for at least 6, full kitchen with all the pots pans dishes silverware, etc, Keurig coffee maker, huge outdoor deck, great neighborhood, quiet, lots of trees and close to town. 3 full bathrooms and a washer/dryer, super convenient! Central heat works really good so keep it on low. The owners are very accomodating! We highly recommend this cabin. Really enjoyed our stay at the Silverpine Perch. Hope to be back soon.

Very intiment and beautiful cabin.
We stayed 7 nights and enjoyed every minute. The cabin was prepared for us as we were home for Christmas; fully decorated tree and cabin. It is newly renovated and super clean. We were grateful for the opportunity to share this home for a week!

Comfortable, peaceful and relaxing - Loved the cabin!
Our family booked this cabin for a short summer vacation and loved it. The cabin was extremely clean and well taken care of, compared to other cabins we have rented. The location was perfect, not to far from town, or the lake, so it was peaceful and relaxing. We had plenty of room, my husband and myself with 2 adult children, everyone had their own room and the extra bathroom was a plus. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the master bedroom was cool and pleasant throughout the night. The temperature in Shaver during our stay was in the upper 80's so the cabin did get a little warm during the day and late afternoon. The other 2 bedrooms did not cool off like the master bedroom did even though all ceiling fans were on, however the kids didn't seem to mine. If you are warm blooded and go in the summer you may want to take extra fans just in case it is warm like when we were there. There is an upstairs loft which we did not use, since the steps are pretty steep, similar to a ladder. Cable and DVD player worked great, another plus was the Keurig in the kitchen! All appliances worked and were in great condition. Another great item was the gas fire pit on the deck. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definately book this cabin again for our next trip.

Very clean, adorable cabin in Shaver Lake. Comfortable with relaxing atmosphere. Pretty view.
My family and I recently stayed 3 nights here and loved it! The owners keep the place very clean and stocked with great kitchen amenities. Thanks for the champagne too! How thoughtful. We surprised my Mom with this trip and she had a great time here. It was for her 60th Birthday. We had two little boys with us and they had fun playing and running around. I felt safe with the 3 year old and 16 month old. We appreciate the baby gate. But glad we took one too. They were able to push it. That’s one thing I would replace. It’s just nice you supply one at all! The place is very nice but just gets too hot even with all the supplied fans. The A/C is worth checking out. The rooms downstairs were all so cozy and clean. Just very warm for sleeping. It was hard to get below 80° at night. Our baby monitor has a thermostat. One room needs a screen to open the window. But those are the only “tips” not complaints that we have. We loved the weekend there and are blessed to have found and worked with you. Thanks for the easy communication and business. We might be calling you again. Loved your place. We appreciated it being well kept and clean. We made great use of the kitchen and BBQ too. Thanks for being a great VRBO option.
