“Came to attend and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from URI. Great location, the two level house was the perfect set up. The yard was ideal for our graduation party. Every other night we gathered around the fire pit. A truly memorable week with family. Tyler was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions right away in she planning process. Highly recommend! ”

“We recently enjoyed a long weekend in RI and this was the perfect rental for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was very clean. My sister has some mobility limitations so being able to stay on one floor once she got up the front steps was helpful. My favorite part was the outdoor shower and back deck! The welcome treats were very thoughtful. Thanks for a lovely rental experience. ”

“Lovely staff. Location perfect. The only 2 things I was not happy with was how thin the walls were making it able to hear everything going on in the rooms next door and above. The other issue was there was no blackout or a drape blocking the light coming through the window blinds making the room too bright to be able to sleep in. ”

“We stayed for 3 nights. It is very clean and convenient to the beaches and restaurants. There is parking on the side so you don’t have to deal with on the street parking. It would have been good if rooms came equipped with safes. Also breakfast was very basic and the same every morning: coffee and bagels, cereal (Cheerios or fruit loops) maybe include some bananas, apples and yogurts in the future. People at the front desk were very nice. We will definitely stay again. ”
