This hotel is located perfectly, near the market, convenient stores, bars and other attractions. The staff was very polite and helpful, and the rooms very clean and spacious (actually, that was the widest bed I have ever seen!). Since it is a big hotel, breakfast could get a little crowded, but there was plenty of food with many options and we never had to wait.
So pretty much everything was great but one weird thing happened. Although the hotel did not provide a complimentary pick up service from the airport, when we arrived at the airport there was a driver with a sign with our last names. He claimed he was from this hotel. Since it was free and a low risk situation for us, we jumped in. Obviously, on our way he asked us our itinerary and offered to be our driver during those days. When we arrived at the hotel the staff said hello to him and when we asked the night clerk whether we should trust him, he stated that while he was NOT part of the hotel staff, they knew him and he was honest. We ended up hiring him and everything was OK, but how did he know our names and time of arrival if he was not part of the hotel staff?? When we asked this guy, he stated that the night clerk was probably new, but I think someone in the hotel is leaking information about arriving guests to drivers so that they can pick them up at the airport and offer their services...
In spite of all this, we would definitely stay there again (and maybe solve this mystery).
