The location is separate yet very short walk to the noisy Pub Street and several restaurants. Staff is polite. The common areas felt stuffy during this (March) season. Position of bed is the other side, away from Aircon so the cooling in room was not effective. Recommended to stay!

Great location and staff
Hotel well located but not in noisy location. Tuk tuk driver Mr Teavy was very friendly and helpful. Reception staff were very helfpul and accommodating. Good food in restaurant. Pool was great and had good shade from sun. Room downstairs was cool. Some dirt swept under bed but apart from that clean.Shower could be upgraded. I would definitely stay there again.

Things have changed here..not same same as last t
I booked a room at The Popular Hotel & Spa one year ago. I had a very pleasant stay here 02/2019 and I loved the staff, location, pool & room. This current stay....I loved the staff, although not as friendly as one year ago, where they kindly greeted me each time I returned from going outside. This was not done as frequently this time. Cold towels were given last year....none so far and it’s day 3. Re: the room this time, it was very nice with the cold AC and the comfy big king bed, abundant English Channel TV and the refrigerator, however, there is a window in the room near the balcony door that has no blind at all. Hence the morning sun at 6am comes shinning through unabated. Not good for someone that likes a pitch black room. The front desk informed me that the owner was aware of the issue, and would take care of it at the end of the month, well after my stay here:-( The man they sent up to check it out only hung 1 of the bathrobes on the open window:-( A black piece of cardboard would have sufficed. And to top it off, this morning at the pool breakfast area, there were 3 guys sleeping fully clothed at the pool. They apparently were waiting for their rooms, but with limited recliners and just a bad look, it was disappointing that the hotel staff allowed unpaid guests, as they were not paying guests until after getting their room, to sleep by the pool using recliners for current paying customers. And it was a bit disturbing that the 3 guys would think that that was “okay”.
Three Unpaid guys sleeping by the pool....I thought I was in San Fransicko for a brief moment.....

It is our honors to get you as our return guest for your second time in here, and we so regret that you couldn't meet your satisfaction as last year because of some staff not really friendly as the old one we will take an action and improve our guest service more. For curtain window we have ask team to put curtain already but on that day you are allow us to go in side. And there might be some misunderstanding for guest were slept at pool side because they're came to do early check in and their room not yet ready and for check in time of policy is at 2pm, so if there is have room available we are happy to allow guest for early check in into the room but if there is no room available for early check in the guest could relax at the pool side or go to the city first. 部屋が道路脇の2階でうるさかった。部屋のベランダ窓のカギがかからなかった。気づいたのが3泊目の夜でそのまま言わずに帰りましたが。 パスポートのコピーを取った後返すの忘れてたり、チェックイン時にクレジットカードで料金を払ったが、チェックアウト時にも要求されたり、もちろん払ったと主張し確認してくれましたが、ちょっと脆弱な感じは否めないです。 プールサイドの朝食はメニューも多く気分も良かったです。

Good staff, good location, good breakfast.
Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Check-in process was smooth and quick. The hotel need a little maintenance, such as squeaky bathroom and room doors. You can hear other guests doors too, especially very early hours, 5am for Wat Angkor sunrise. Little oil on doors would take care of problem. Location is right in center. Hotel tuk tuk driver, a little older man, very polite and ride carefully. We hire him for our transportation. Overall, it was good stay.

Almost a nice hotel, clueless staff
My dad described it best when he said it felt like the hotel's staff must have quit en mass a week or two ago and the handful of people left had no idea how to run the hotel. The pool was lovely... but they had no towels the first day we were there. They ran out of coffee cups and plates at the free breakfast. Room service was a failed linguistic exercise. I had to check out early due to an emergency and the front desk girl's English was too limited to separate the two rooms' bookings, so I just gave up and we paid for two nights I wasn't even there.

Très bon séjour à bas prix
Nous sommes deux amies et avons séjourné dans cet hôtel neuf et propre, dans le centre de Siem Reap. Le Night Market et la célèbre Pub Street sont situés à quelques minutes à pieds. La rue est passante mais les chambres donnent sur l’arrière, ce qui permet de ne pas souffrir des bruits de la rues, tout en bénéficiant des avantages comme les tuk-tuks en permanence. Depuis les temples d’Angkor, nous avons fait le choix de faire appel au service d’un Tuk-tuk avec l’hôtel. Nous avons payé 15$ pour 2, et on nous a emmené à 5h30 du matin récupérer nos billets pour voir le lever du soleil et ensuite enchaîner avec le Petit Circuit (Angkor Vat, Angkor Thom, Ta Phrom etc.). Tous s’est parfaitement déroulé, le petit déjeuner étant préalablement préparé par l’hôtel avant notre départ. L’hôtel propose un service de transport de l’aéroport à l’hôtel, mais il faut vous munir de vos références de vols afin qu’ils organisent cela pour vous. Le petit déjeuner sur place est varié et délicieux. Le personnel est attentif et aux petits soins. Le spa propose des massages de qualité mais des tarifs bien au-dessus de ceux pratiqués en ville (25$ pour un full body massage contre 5 à 10$ en ville), La piscine Et les transats sont ensoleillés de 9h30 à 13h30, ensuite le soleil tourne. C’est un excellent rapport qualité-prix: 140€ pour 2 personnes pour 4 nuits, soit 70€ chacune. Foncez !

Good Value for Money and Location
Hotel is well located, but not too close to Pub Street And markets and was very quiet (we had room facing building next door). Breakfast was good (hot food to order), staff pleasant and helpful and spoke English. There is a nice pool and drinks prices are same as most cafes. Room was a good size with roomy en-suite, air conditioning and really good wifi (best I’ve had in any hotel). Would recommend as very good value for money.

立地がとてもいい場所にあり 川沿いの屋台街やパブストリート ナイトマーケットやオールドマーケットに徒歩10分以内で行けます。 コンビニやお土産屋も近所にあり便利。 広さは十分広く快適。 朝食はフルーツ サラダ パン等はバイキングでメインはオーダー式。お粥やオムレツなど種類も豊富で美味しい！ ただマイナス点は 昼間はお湯が出ないのと道路側の部屋でうるさい。私は疲れていたので熟睡出来たが神経質な人だと無理かも。。。。。 私は次もこのホテルに泊まりたいです。

Love this adorable hotel! I felt like I was in a Pinterest picture! Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Room is comfortable and well equipped. Pool was great. We didn't hear the road outside at all. Heads up: no elevators! We are nice and young so our room on the 4th floor wasn't a problem. Also, don't leave your bathroom window open, we got a lot of mosquitos on our last night cause we forgot

Very good hotel
We were 3 persons and got free pickup from bus station to hotel it was weird to ride with tuk-tuk for 3 with all the luggage but it's free and it was funny :) Breakfast was good but they could have more options if you are not very picky then it will be good for you. Water in pool was cold again for some this is good not for me but this is not what I included in my overall grade it's just a bonus to have pool. Room was clean towels and bed sheets too except of the floor which needs some scrubbing I guess when you are walking with socks and look you see how dirty socks are. But this was the only thing I noticed.

Hotel was basic and service was okay. Cambodian standards seem to be a bit different than other countries like Thailand etc. Overall the stay was satisfactory but smalldetails were missing but still a nice pleasant stay.

Charming lobby, friendly service, perfect location
Very friendly staff, nice hospitality, double room was big, bath ok but shower in the bath tube with no curtain, which is not the best idea. Breakfast good Location very good, 3 minutes walk to the pub street but not noisy.

Previous customers wet towels was still hanging on our bathrooms door. Breakfest supposed start at 6.30 and until 7am there wasn't yet all food ready,just only toast and cold noodles and rice . Butter have to ask from kitchen. No fruits. We had early flight so it was dissapointment to leave from hotel after that poor breakfest.

An excellent hotel, really enjoyed our stay
This hotel is fantastic with very friendly staff. The service was excellent and arranged for a birthday cake and balloons for my friend as it was his birthday. They offer a free pickup service in hope thst the taxi driver gets some work. His prices were competitive and therefore we chose him over Grab. If there was anything that I would want improving, it would be the breakfast. Not a lot of option for vegetarians.

This hotel was nearby Pub Street and other areas of interest. The street was a bit of a construction mess but the hotel was nice. Breakfast was delicious and they arranged airport pick up.

3박4일 투숙했는데 직원들한테 인사받은건 체크인, 체크아웃 때 뿐 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 눈이 마주쳐도 인사 안합니다ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 얼탱이가 없음....... 장점 - 펍스트릿과 가까움. 그치만 다른 가까운 숙소들도 많음 단점 - 서비스 마인드 꽝. 인사를 안함ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ - 청소상태 엉망임 ㅡㅡ. 첫날 팁 & 선물(팩, 과자 등 포장해서 놔둠) 놔두고 나옴 ㅋㅋ 나올 당시 화장실휴지가 얼마남지 않았고, 침실 휴지는 없었음. 메모로 휴지를 챙겨달라 써놓고 감. 돌아왔더니 돈이랑 선물 홀라당 처먹고 화장실 머리카락 안치우고 화장실 휴지만 채워놓고 침실 휴지(뽑아쓰는 티슈)가 없음 ㅋㅋㅋ 담날 짱나서 팁 안놔두고 나갔다 왔더니 침대시트 정리만 해놓음. 가운도 입었던거 개놓기만 함. 화장실은 휴지자체가 없음 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 여튼 이런 곳임. - 기본 어메니티가 없음 (전화하면 가져다준다고 써놨는데 휴지도 안주는데 제대로 가져다 줄지 의문임) 씨엠립에 호텔 많고 많으니 다른 곳을 가는 걸 추천함ㅋㅋ

This hotel is conveniently situated near the old market night market and street food vendors . Lots of tourist agencies nearby to book adventure tours, temple tours and for currency exchange. Staff was accommodating and friendly, especially Savin who had helped us extend the check-out time for an extra 2 hours for one of the rooms we had booked , so we could come back to shower and freshen up after the Quan bike adventure before our flight in the evening. She also helped my friend to switch to a new room when their ac wasn't working in the previous room. Ask for their Tuktuk driver Mr. TV (not correct spelling). He was great as well. Will definitely come back again!

Leuk hotel. Ligt centraal van winkels en markten. Ontbijt was goed. Bij incheckbalie konden ze jammer genoeg mijn reservering nist vinden. Bin uitchecken kreeg ik een rekening voor mijn verblijf, terwijl ik dit al gelijk betaald had via Expedia. Dit was wel mínder.

Excellent service, the friendliest staff, perfectly located! This hotel was amazing! We had such a good experience and we were so conveniently located in downtown. Close enough to walk to everything within a couple of minutes, but not right in the middle of all the noise. Spa massage was great! Breakfast was very good. Had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is located within walking distance to city center and near good restaurants/bars/shopping. Our room on the first floor did not face the street and therefore was quiet. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offerings were pretty extensive and good service. The streets around hotel are in severe disrepair but it seems like the city is working on a repair project. We had a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel, just come with an open mind to positively deal with the chaotic city environment.

정말 여기 숙박한다는 사람은 바짓가랑이라도 붙잡고 말리고 싶을 정도입니다. 방에 들어가니 청소상태가 엉망이었지만 가지고있던 물티슈로 대충 다시 청소를하고 욕실에 씻으러들어갔는데 하수구에 물이 잘 안빠져서 물바다가 되고 다음날아침에 나가기전에 고쳐달라 말씀드리고 나갔지만 돌아와보니 그대로... 다시 로비내려가서 (게다가 엘베없는 4층이었음) 말씀드리니 남자직원2명이서 니가가라 면서 서로 미루더라구요. 저는 멀뚱히 서있다가 잠시 편의점 다녀올테니 처리해달라고 하고 나갔다 들어왔는데 둘다 폰보고있다가 우리가 들어오니 그때서야 또 니가가라며 떠밀고.. 결국 둘다 같이 올라와서는 계속 장난치면서 티격태격. 이게 손님앞에서 할 행동인가요? 정말 여기는 거르세요. 행복하게 여행하고 숙소돌아오면 화만 납니다. 휴.
