Just an absolute gem. Only reason I’m not rating 5 stars on staff is the fact that she charged both direct and through Expedia and I’ll have to wait until the charges clear. This shouldn’t happen.

Hotel should not change services because it’s not the high season and then charge a tourist fee. At least have free coffee in the lobby if not in the room.

Property is really nice , rooms are unique in design for the price paid per night. However, staff person was really grumpy on the same day I checked in and checked out. Thats why I put 3 stars ,otherwise the location is across from the river and good food/coffee places. Ive booked many times hotels in Colorado, and the staff were always welcoming and nice, except for this one.

The property put us in a room that had a wall a foot outside the window. It felt like a prison cell and you could tell the hotel wasn't at capacity so no reason for this. We were also right next to the elevator so it was extrenely loud and housekeeping starting vacuuming in front of our room before 8am. Shows they don't seem to value me much as a customer.

Beautiful hotel. Close to ski resorts. Customer service was great and appreciated how it had complementary coffee, s'mores for kids and close to a dining hall.

Front desk attendant was very welcoming. She made sure we had a freshly, locally baked snack for our doodle free of charge. The facilty is new, with modern boho style decorations. Our room was clean and inviting. It’s in a business area with lots of shopping and restaurants just walking distance 50 feet to 0.5 miles away. Free parking in covered lot across the alley from hotel. Google took me directly to the entrance of the hotel. It’s down a small quiet alley like street off the main road. I did not hear my neighbors. The ambience was quiet. Loved staying here for our quick, impromptu ski trip from Denver. It’s at a convenient driving distance to all ski slopes in Summit County. I would suggest a microwave in room, since there is a refrigerator. Will definitely stay here again soon.

Front desk told us, on New Year’s Eve, that room service was available until midnight. Tried to eat at 10:00 and kitchen closed. No food availability in town on new year eve and tried to eat at 11 the next morning and KITCHEN CLOSED AT 10:30. Horrible communication and service! Never to be considered again. Also no hot tub
