El personal no es muy amable, te proporciona información a medias, es muy costoso para lo que te ofrece el hotel, y para ser un hotel de tránsito considero deberían de tener al menos productos básicos de higiene personal ya que solo cuentan con un jabón multiusos para literal todo (cabello, cara, cuerpo, manos) y cepillos dentales, pero al no poder ingresar con tu equipaje documentado (que es donde uno siempre lleva todos sus productos de higiene personal por no poder llevar liquidos arriba del avión) deberian de proporcionarte al menos las cosas básicas que te ofrecen ya en cualquier hotel, nos tomó por sorpresa ver estas deficiencia en un lugar como Singapur despues de haber estado varios días visitando sitios y hoteles con al menos un servicio de primera

This is a convenient stay on long layovers and early departures. The rooms are not, however highly sound proofed so you may want ear plugs. The beds are firm, but better than sleeping in the airport.

I didn’t like that the aircon in the room couldn’t change( or -) the temperature. So I felt trapped with a temperature I wasn’t comfortable

Best airport hotel that I’ve stayed in. Very quiet. Bedding is super comfortable. Delicious vegan option for the complimentary meal - spaghetti with mushrooms and colorful veggies in a mushroom sauce. Don’t forget your swimsuit. The hotel rooftop pool is a welcome break from travel. If you do forget, swimsuits are available for purchase.

It was very well sound-proofed. I didn't expect to get sleep as good as I did that night considering we were basically sleeping in a room right above the tarmac of a busy airport.

A large room with 2 double beds and a sofa. Work desk. Literally right on the tarmac with planes outside the window. However, very quiet. Slept all night with no disturbances. Beds very comfortable. No cupboard or safe unfortunately.

I was pleasantly surprised how big the hotel was considering that its located in the transit area of the Changi airport. Staff was efficient and checked us in pretty quick.Rooms were clean and (surprisingly) large. I would definitely stay here again.

Property just okay, definitely dated. Wifi is just the Changi airport connection. Served its purpose for shower and rest during layover. Food, pool, gym left much to be desired. There was confusion with pre booked reservation. 3 meals were supposed to be included-upon arrival was told only 1 meal was included.

Check in was difficult and they couldn’t find booking despite having reference number. Swimming pool not available till after checkout time. Air conditioning very loud - possibly not the hotels but the adjoining airport. No glasses out for water at breakfast.

The shower was faulty. When given another to use, the controls were strange. The taps were ornamental. The left control was for outlet selection. Temperature control was entirely with the right control. THIS IS BAD FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. KEEP IT SIMPLE. The air conditioner was also very noisy making it impossible to sleep !!!! A very expensive hotel stay.

Staff were very quick and helpful. They accommodated our request to move our booking to an earlier time, appreciated as we were very tired! Meals were brought out to the dining area quickly and we're delicious.

Although flight schedules were informed before staying, I was requested to wait for 30 minutes for checking in at midnight due to delay checking out by previous customer. Hotel must control the time more strictly. Also, facility of air conditioning is spoiled and could not adjust temperature.

Excellent airport hotel. The only disappointment was the limited pool hours. Even though we were there for 12 hours the pool was never open during our stay. Otherwise really nice.

We arrived in Singapore at midnight and were instructed to take our luggage to Terminal 4. It took us about an hour to do this task. We would have to return to Terminal 1 to check in and 4 hours later return to Terminal 4. As a result, we never checked in and lost out on the paid night. I highly recommend that if you use this hotel, be mindful of where you need to depart from and ensure that you have enough time.

Inside the secure area of the terminal. Just like a regular hotel. Way more than i expected for the price. Easy in easy out. A meal is included and it was a good one. Best airport hotel for the money ever.
