We would like to thank the guest for taking his time to bring the matters to our attention, and for giving us an opportunity to bridge up the service gaps, if any, that had occurred. By way of explanation, all guests are provided with freshly cleaned bedlinens when they check in. If they are not satisfied following their inspection of the premises including the beds allocated and bedlinens, they are welcomed to bring the matter up to the staff on duty, who will certainly afford them all the assistance needed. Mr Archiraya had not given any indication of his displeasure or dismay over the bedlinens on the day he checked in to the day he checked out. He put up 4 nights in the hostel without a single complaint. At all events, we regularly change each guest’s bedlinens on every other day. However, if the guests put up special requests to change their linens at any time, the staff on duty will oblige them instantly. Concerning the issue on bedbugs, we understand how upsetting the problem can be, but we want to assure our guests that our No. 1 priority is their safety and comfort. While it is a challenge and an almost insurmountable task to exterminate the pest absolutely as universally acknowledged, we have done our best, and will continuously strive our best. Besides the daily maintenance (which includes laundering the linens thoroughly with hot water, antimicrobial and disinfectant soap) by our staff, we have also engaged a notable pest control company to mount a bi-monthly treatment of the entire hostel. All in all, the feedback will defintely help us improve our service delivery.
