Súper limpio y personal atentos !
El hotel es impecable, el baño limpio , buena ducha! Ya sabíamos que era una habiarafion chica pero igual nos sorprendió cuando llegamos, prácticamente no había lugar para dejar las valijas, pero si vas a conocer singapur pocos días para considerarlo un lugar para sólo dormir y descansar está de diez! Cerca del metro , es limpio y todo el personal que trabaja súper atentos! Nos indicaban q metro tomar, como movernos etc!

Das Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war geräumig für eine Person und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und man konnte gut drin schlafen. Ich hatte einen kleinen Balkon und konnte auch Mal draußen sitzen. Die MRT Station Bendemeer ist auch nicht weit entfernt und man ist schnell in der Stadt. Ich kann das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Good location and very affordable, at least for the Singapore standards. Near the underground and not far away from the downtown, if you like to walk. However it can be noisy at the night time as the condition of the building is not the best (you will hear water flowing inside the pipes and other people even if they talk normally). Staff at reception is amazing and very helpful. Overall I’m happy with it.

The Hotel Yan is like a backpakers hotel for adults. The price of the rooms is very good, but they are very small. If you are traveling light you and your bags will fit in the room. The staff is great and always available. The area is very close to public transport and great food.

Single room occupancy, which means tight corners. That said, excellent design in maximizing utility of space available. While one has to climb up small flight of stairs to the single bed, the space below fits small desk, a chair, a sofa, & (below the stairs) even a safe! Tiny fridge under the sink, which stands behind a separate shower stall (next to it a different toilet stall). Definitely great find for the solo budget traveler.

compared to US hotels I'd give it a lower rating since the room was small comparatively and not much privacy (bathroom had see through walls with only a curtain to block from the rest of the room) HOWEVER, I understand it's another country with different standards, especially singapore where things I assume are smaller since land is more expensive, and houses/apts are smaller in general so I feel it's unfair to compare it like that. We also didn't spend much time in the hotel since we were out all the time, so the They had great hotel service, helped us quickly when we asked, in a great location (close to hawker centers, bus/mrt stops) But yeah anyways, my friend says 11/10 and I'll probably say 8/10

Clean and Quiet
Very clean, but the rooms are a bit small. It is in a quiet area with easy access to the subway and a variety of good restaurants and bars nearby. We would recommend it.

A good "Room only" Stay
It was what is was. A comfortable, clean and pleasing hotel room, but with no additional facilities of any sort, including restaurant, bar, laundry etc.

Comfortable stay
Convenient hotel for an overnight stay. I like that they provide complete toiletries, with vanity kit, sewing kit etc. Their slippers are comfy. Walking distance to Lavender and Bendemeer MRT.

Hotel YAN met my expectations with its convenient location just minutes away from Bendemeer and Lavender MRT stations. There is an abundance of dining options within walking distance. 這間飯店的體驗真的令人感到失望。首先，房間太小了，這絕對不是一個舒適的居住空間。更糟糕的是，飯店竟然位於殯儀館旁邊，這實在是一個極為不適合休息的環境。在這樣的地點入住，絕對會讓人感到毛骨悚然，情緒低落。 至於房間的設施，洗澡的蓮蓬頭居然水散得到處都是，這根本不是我們期待的。另外，冷氣直接吹到床上，早上起來喉嚨乾燥，這種情況真的很糟糕。我們希望未來的飯店能夠改進這點，不要讓冷氣直接對著床，這樣會讓客人感到不適，甚至可能引起頭痛等不適感。 總的來說，這次的住宿體驗讓我感到不滿意。希望飯店方面能夠在房間大小、設施維護和客房舒適度方面加以改善，提供給客人一個更好的住宿環境。

there are restaurants and coffee shop arounds the hotel which is convenient. Room is clean, just 3 comments on facilities, 1. I paid extra for balcony but plants outside are all died 2. the stepper for the rubbish bin is broken, so I need to open the cover by hand. 3. TV is not plugged until I request to front desk

MRTのDTラインBendemeer駅から徒歩5分強、EWラインのLavender駅からも徒歩圏内。日没後に着いたが、ホテル入口が暗く(黒く)て気づかず、最初は通り過ぎてしまった。 フロントの人は親切。 エレベーターは2基あり、ほとんど待ち時間は無かった。 ロフト部屋に泊まったが、荷物が少なかったので、部屋の狭さは問題無し。窓があって中庭を見ることができ、部屋から天気を確認できて良かった。 ドライヤーは無かったが、歯ブラシ含むアメニティがあり、ペットボトルの水やミニバー内のコーラ、ポテトチップス、チョコが無料。 オーバーヘッドシャワーだけでなくハンドシャワーもあり、水圧は問題ない。温度調整に少し戸惑ったが、慣れれば大丈夫。お湯を出しっ放しにしていると、温度が下がってくる。他の人の口コミにもあるように、シャワー室の外に水が漏れる。 ハンガーが一つしか無かったのが不便だった。 エアコンがベッドの(階段を挟んで)すぐ隣にあるので、吹き出し口を調整しないと、寒がりの人には厳しいと思う。 ベッドからテレビは見えない。 Make upプレートを出し忘れたら、掃除してくれなかった。掃除を希望する場合は、出し忘れに注意。

Small but very special!
Due to Formular 1 the stay was really expensive - we paid a lot for one night. It was the smallest hotel room I have ever slept in (as a couple) - but it's setting is perfect, very modern! I would not want to stay more than 1 night (really too small), but it was clean and somehow special. And the people were extremely friendly and helpful!

Wij vonden de kamer echt te klein. De kleinste kamer die we ooit hebben gehad. Je kan nauwelijks 2 koffers kwijt. De omgeving is wel fijn. Veel restaurants en 700 meter naar de MRT.

狭いけど快適
狭い。荷物の多い旅行者は苦労するかも知れない。2人で泊まるのも苦しいかも知れないが、1人で荷物の少ない旅行だったので問題なかった。設備は新しく、良い意味でシンプル。女性には色々足りないもの（ドライヤーなど）があるかも知れない。周りにホーカーもあり、バス停も近くて便利。
