Misleading Room and Disappointing Service — Not Worth the Executive Experience
I recently stayed at this property for a special occasion and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Upon check-in, I found that the windows in the room were completely blocked due to nearby construction — something that was never disclosed prior to arrival. The room was effectively windowless, which was not what I expected or paid for.
To make matters worse, the staff at the Executive Lounge — particularly the main server during the afternoon bites — was rude and dismissive, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Given that this was meant to be an upgraded executive experience, the service was far below expectations.
Overall, the lack of transparency, poor hospitality, and subpar room conditions left a negative impression. I would not recommend this property unless the construction ends and staff attitudes significantly improve.
