Mega freundliches Personal, das freundlichste was mir jemals in Italien begegnet ist, von der Rezeption, zu den Kellnerinnen, zu Servicekräfte! Perfekt. Einziges Manko, dass für den Koffer kein "Gepäckträger" vorhanden war, also wo man auf so einen "Klapptisch" den Koffer drauflegen kann. Im anderen Zimmer war eine fixe Ablage vorhanden. Frischgepresster O-Saft, zum selber machen, genial! Offenes Marmelade - mit Schutz -umweltfreundlich, aber ich mag das aus Hygienegründen nicht, hab ich noch nie gemocht, seit Jahrzehnten nicht. Ich komme gerne wieder! Genialer Balkon, schöne Frühstücksterrasse. Einfach super Urlaub!!!

Great Place to Stay in Sirmione
A very pleasant hotel with excellent service. Besmir on reception was extremely knowledgeable about the area and very helpful throughout our stay. Good breakfast. No mini-bar but very easy to acquire a beer or drink from reception at good prices. Most rooms have a nice balcony with lake view. Well positioned in the old town area.

Lovely hotel in great location
Great location in Sirmione, very friendly staff. Small room but big balcony with a nice view of the lake. Bed was quite firm. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of fruits, bread and hot food. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent breakfast went the extra mile with homemade cakes fresh fruit yougarts and lots of coffee ,fresh orange . The breakfast staff that could not do anymore to help you . Lovely room italian style with lake view. Reception staff extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again if passing this way.

Hotel Lunar lifestyle.
This family run hotel was most welcoming. it was the third time lucky for us as Covid has prevented our previous visits. Our room overlooked the lake from the balcony and was spotlessly clean. Shower room particularly shiny and fresh towels every day. (not sure how ecologically good this was, as were quite prepared to use our towels again.) Breakfast was excellent and fresh fruits, meats and cheese, along with cooked eggs, bacon etc were on offer daily. Fresh bread and homemade cakes and pastries were also part of the breakfast offerings. Fresh juices and cereals all made for a perfect start to each day. The dining room and breakfast terrace were also spotlessly clean as were all of the public rooms. No swimming pool, but pretty gardens encircled the outside walls and tubs of plants everywhere. Thank you to the hotel staff who made our stay very comfortable. Will definately return one day.

Hotel mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen, aber abenteuerliche Fahrt durch die Altstadt, davon rate ich ab. Grifo-Parkservice wählen! 12,5 EUR/Tag regulär, Ermäßigung im Hotel, zentral gelegen, überwacht, ca. 12 Min. zu Fuß vom Hotel, mit Shuttleservice für Personen und Gepäck.

Bell'albergo in ottima posizione vicino alle terme e a 10 minuti a piedi dalle Grotte di Catullo, ma fuori dalla parte più "isterica" del centro storico di Sirmione. Camera grande e confortevole, con terrazzo e bagno appena rifatto. Ottima colazione anche in tempi di Covid, con ottime torte fatte in casa. Personale molto gentile

The rooms are big enough and initially the uncoordinated look of the older furniture gives a feel of a place that needs updating, but it definitely grew on me after that first impression. Everything was practical and worked correctly. The bathroom was clean and had a big walk in shower and towels were plentiful. There is a safe and a fridge. Lovely balcony with a canopy and roll down shuttering for safety and security which also keeps the room cool. Breakfast options were phenomenal and catered for all tastes and there were guests with gluten intolerance etc and they were well looked after. Lovely staff, friendly and cheery. Just beware that you have to drive through very narrow cobbled streets in a limited access zone with pedestrians walking out of shops straight into your path, so you have to be very slow and very patient to manoeuvre through them - but your hotel booking email will get you through on the first occasion until you are given a card to show at the 'drawbridge' entrance, and then you are allowed to pass just twice a day. Excellent spot, well worth that minor inconvenience.

Great place for a Family Stay of 3 days
We had a very nice stay with Hotel Luna. The property is in the center of the Old Town part of the Peninsula which made it very convenient to walk around. Parking is an issue there and I recommend calling the hotel first to understand more details around parking if you need to park. All of the staff were friendly, breakfast on the terrace was great, and we enjoyed our stay.

Luna again for me
This was our second visit to the Hotel Luna and we will definitely go back again. The hotel is very well situated at the end of the old town within easy access to either the restaurants, shops or lakeside 'beach'. The staff are very welcoming , friendly and helpful. It offers a very good and varied breakfast menu.

Great place to stay.
Had a wonderful time staying at the Hotel Luna. Sirmione is absolutely beautiful and the hotel is in the perfect location to explore the peninsula. Also, it is directly opposite the Thermal Spa which is amazing. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended for your stay in Sirmione and Lake Garda.

L'hotel è situato proprio di fronte le terme di Sirmione. L'accoglienza è stata delle migliori e quando abbiamo comunicato che sul sito c'è erroneamente scritto che il Park è gratuito la proprietaria si è dimostrata oltremodo accomodante e pronta a venirci incontro. La situazione in camera è stata ottima e la colazione è super. Lo consiglio vivamente

Top Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, saubere Zimmer! Das Hotel verfügt über Parkplätze außerhalb der Altstadt (gegen Aufpreis) am besten schon vorab Kontakt aufnehmen, sich die stressige Fahrt durch die Menschenmassen sparen und bequem im Golfcar (mit Gepäck) direkt zum Hotel bringen lassen! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

wir waren 3 nächte in diesem hotel aber länger hätten wir es nicht ausgehalten. für den preis ok aber das bett und die dusche sind nicht angenehm. die dusche misst knapp 60x60cm und für einen ausgewachsenen mann eine echte herausforderung (ich bin gott gei dank etwas schmäler gebaut,ca 75kg - also ein mann mit 90kg+ hat hier keine chance sich zu duschen). bei den betten rutschen immer die matratzen auseinander, sodass man, wenn man pech hat, zwischen den matratzen liegt, wir hatten nach 3 nächten richtig rückenschmerzen, da sie so hart sind. anfahrt ist "schmerzhaft", man muss sich durch richtige menschenmassen und gassen bewegen. parkplatz ist da, bei dem hotel für 10 autos aber dann ist schluss. 5 hinten parken und die restlichen 5 in 2. reihe, so muss man den autoschlüssel bei der rezeption abgeben damit der rezeptionist wegfahren könnte, wenn einer weg muss! nun zu den guten seiten super lage - 1 min und man ist bei zig restaurants und shops angelangt - ca 5-10 min zum see zimmer aus freihen auge her tip top sauber kaffe/tee kann man sich im zimmer selber machen super ausblick (von unserem balkon) sehr freundlicher empfang/service wir würden es weiter empfehlen, wenn man harte matratzen mag, kleine duschen und dass jemand ander mit dem eigenen auto fährt aber für uns war es ein flopp

Hübsches kleines Hotel mitten in der Ortschaft. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich, nur die Verständigung ohne Italienischkenntnisse war teilweise etwas schwierig. Auch die Fahrt zum Hotel mit dem Auto ist abenteuerlich - durch die engen, menschenreichen Gassen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und relativ modern eingerichtet, das Bad sah aus, als wurde es gerade neu renoviert. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Also wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
