Un hotel tradicional muy bien remodelado, con muchas amenidades, con espacios amplios, con muy buenas habitaciones, cerca de todo, en un lugar increíble.

el hotel es antiguo , pero bien mantenido y muy bien ubicado. No tienen ningun servicio a la habitación, ni de maleteros. Y las habitaciones son muy pequeñas.

Muy bueno todo, exceptoque no se porque en el ascensor siempre hay feo olor.La vista es preciosa, la atencion del personal buenisima, el desayuno es excelente.

We loved the location and the breakfast! The staff were friendly and responded quickly to our special requests for room temperature controls, extra pillows, and a golf cart reservation to our car. We didn’t love the smell of sulphur in our building and room, and we didn’t try the pool or spa. Maybe if we tried it, we wouldn’t mind as much. The bed was also very hard. We LOVED the location!

Great place to stay, recommend hiring a car so you can see the other villages around Lake Garda. The partial sea view room was OK, a bit noisy as opposite the car park. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

The receptionist at the entrance, the waiter in the restaurant, in summary, the employees are very rude and answer your questions like punishing you. The food in the restaurant is incredibly expensive. The location of the hotel is very nice, our room was with a big balcony overlooking the sea, we liked it. But our friends stayed in the standard room, the room is flat and small.

A nice hotel in a good location, friendly staff and a good breakfast. The Spa is excellent. Generally the hotel is a little tired but it still worth a visit.

Ottima posizione ! Personale sempre attento , gentile e disponibile. La colazione top e la cena più che sufficiente! Ottima scelta di vini. Bella la piscina , Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più dalla camera un po’ vecchiotta. Non c’è possibilità di scegliere i cuscini e se vuoi sostituire l accappatoio devi pagare 10 euro !!!

Fantastisk beliggenhet midt i det historiske sentrum av Sirmione. Vi hadde utsikt over Garda-sjøen, noe som var fantastisk og våkne og legge seg til. God frokost, og veldig behagelig med spa, da man kan benytte soldagene til å slappe av på solsengen. Alt i alt et fantstisk opphold.

The staff at the hotel were helpful and arranging the stay and transportation was easy. The spa was wonderful. Our room was large with a generous balcony- really beautiful! Just a few minor things like missing soap and shampoo for the shower but were easily fixed. Good location but busy with lots of tourist activity.

Das aller beste am Hotel war die Lage! Inmitten der historischen Altstadt umgeben von leckeren Restaurants und schönen Geschäften, blieben uns keine Wünsche offen. Außerdem ist zu betonen wie nett das Personal gegenüber unserer Hündin reagiert hat. Wir durften sie in ihrer Tasche sogar mit zum Pool nehmen. Danke dafür!! Nun leider ein paar Dinge, die uns nicht gefallen haben. Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppichboden im ganzen Haus ist dreckig und befleckt. Unsere Dusche hatte erste Anfänge von schwarzem Schimmel. Das Frühstück war leider sehr einseitig, da haben wir uns bezüglich der Auswahl mehr erhofft. Außerdem würde ich jedem raten die Fenster abends geschlossen zu halten, da wir Fledermäuse zu Besuch hatten. 😂 Das alles haben wir aber gerne in Kauf genommen, weil die Aussicht auf den Gardasee einfach atemberaubend war. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen, jedoch sollte man nicht zu viele Ansprüche an die Einrichtung und das Frühstück haben.

You did not have the option to eat inside for evening dinner, and were forced to eat outside. You were also not allowed to sit on the pier before 12 noon. The very reason we booked this hotel was because we had been here before and had enjoyed our stay. To be honest the majority of the staff including the manager are very rude, unaccomadating, and not for the customer. It is very clear standards have dropped right down. Even the breakfast wasn't up to scratch, and again very rude staff, not even wanting to get you a coffee. This wasn't just felt by us but fellow holiday makers also. We will never stay here again as we feel the hotel has spoilt was should have been a lovely holiday which we had looked forward to all year.

Hotel Sirmione Review.
Excellent location, lovely having a drink by the lake, staff were very helpful, bedroom / shower could be upgraded. Room 15 had a shower inside a very small bath, no room at all, surely these days a walk in shower is a minimum for a 4 star hotel for the money they’re charging. No privacy in bathroom with light on in evenings which overlooked the restaurants, as the window had see through blinds. No tea making facility within the bedroom, however, they did provide a kettle when requested.
