The space
Welcome to our stunning villa in Sitges, Barcelona! Nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood, this spacious villa offers private off-street parking and an abundance of outdoor space, perfect for families and groups.
Ground Floor / First Floor
As you enter through the secure gate or driveway, you’ll find an outdoor gym, a play area with a ping pong table, and a basketball hoop—ideal for both relaxation and fun. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a serene atmosphere where you can unwind and enjoy the Mediterranean weather.
Inside, the villa is designed for comfort and convenience. To your right, a utility room awaits, fully equipped with a washer, dryer, hoover, mop/bucket, extra fridge, and freezer. The built-in cupboard is stocked with beach gear, a travel cot, car seats, high chair, bed guards, and other essentials to make your stay as seamless as possible.
To your left, step into a large open-plan living and dining area featuring a traditional Spanish kitchen. The living room has cosy seating and log burning fire, perfect for cool evenings. Entertainment options include an Xbox, Fire Stick, record player, and a collection of board games, while the dining table comfortably seats eight.
Just a few steps down, you’ll find a vast collection of Vinyls records for the record player in the living room followed by a door leading to the first bedroom with its own private bathroom and direct access to the garden—ideal for morning coffees or evening relaxation.
Second Floor
On the second floor, you'll discover three well-appointed bedrooms.
The first is a comfortable double bedroom, complete with a TV and ample wardrobe space. Next is a cosy single bedroom, also featuring a TV and convenient hanging space for clothes.
The highlight of this floor is the spacious king bedroom, boasting an ensuite bathroom with a shower, bath, and bidet. From this room, you can enjoy stunning sea views and take advantage of generous wardrobe space.
For added convenience, there is a shared bathroom on this floor, equipped with a modern shower.
Top Floor
On the top floor, you’ll find a versatile space that can be used as a designated work area or makeup station—whichever suits your needs—all while enjoying breath-taking sea views.
The main attraction on this floor is the enormous super king bedroom, decorated in traditional Spanish style. For cosy nights in, there’s a ceiling-mounted projector perfect for Netflix marathons. This room also features air-conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay even on warm days.
Additionally, the room has a spacious walk-in wardrobe area, which can double as a nursing space or play area for little ones, with plenty of room to set up the travel cot. A peaceful and private retreat for relaxation!
All rooms have either blackout shutters or shutters on all windows for a restful night’s sleep.
Outside Area/Pool
The outdoor area of the villa is truly phenomenal, offering a vast and beautifully designed space for relaxation and entertainment.
The recently renovated pool area features a stunning pool with green tiles and saltwater (7.5m x 4m), surrounded by a spacious deck. Here, you’ll find a large rattan sofa and four sun loungers for lounging in style.
The garden is thoughtfully designed with staggered levels, providing ample seating and leisure options. The Thai bed level includes three traditional Thai bed loungers and a huge outdoor dining area with a gas BBQ. There’s also another seating area with comfy cushions, leading up to a fully equipped bar with a fridge/freezer and sink.
On the very top level, you can enjoy several swings with breath-taking sea views. This area also includes a shaded seating space that doubles as a film night area, complete with an outdoor projector and screen.

•We kindly ask that dogs are not allowed on the beds or sofas.
