Caravana de 3 dormitorios con capacidad para 6 ideal para familias. El dormitorio principal, una cama doble, las habitaciones 2 y 3 tienen 2 camas individuales. Todas las habitaciones tienen armarios empotrados y armarios. Cómodo salón con comedor y cocina totalmente equipada con vitrocerámica, microondas, nevera. I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding a recent caravan booking, which turned out to be an absolute disaster due to the extremely poor and unsafe condition of the accommodation.Upon arrival, I encountered the following issues:The flooring along one entire side of the caravan was giving way.There was extensive mould throughout the interior, including on all plastic beading.One of the doors was completely stuck and unusable.The kitchen ceiling was coming apart.One of the support legs of the caravan was giving way.The entire caravan was tilted and unstable, making it unsafe to occupy.These issues made the caravan not only uncomfortable but also dangerous to stay in. I believe the condition of this accommodation falls far below acceptable standards and poses significant health and safety risks.

Not happy with our stay here, there was no heating or hot water, the boiler was faulty and not resolved, this should have been tested before our stay hot water due to a faulty boiler

The caraven was out dated had black mould growing all over the blinds and most walls and ceiling. Needs a refurbishment. The wall behind the oven had a big burn mark. The property was cleaned enough but found dirt and pubic hairs in the toilets sink. Whole caravan smelt of musty damp.

Van is positioned in a lovely spot. Veranda brilliant. Only draw back we kept getting lost like many other people on the site as no signs to say which row it was. Heard many people in the early hours looking for their van. Could be signed posted better.

THE KETTLE IN THE KITCHEN WAS UNUSABLE DUE TO CORRODED ELEMENT BOTH MY WIFE AND I ARE BOTH OVER 70 YEARS OLD AND VERY LIMITED SPACE IN THE BEDROOM BY THE SIDE OF BED THAT ROOM WOULD SUIT SINGLE BED BETTER WENT HOME EARLY DUE TO ABOVE PLUS THE WEATHER VERY BAD

Not very clean on arrival, very dusty, toilet sink was dirty, childrens sand bucket was full of cigarette ends floating in rain water outside on the decking, cushions on sofa full of stains/dirty, its in a very well maintained caravan site, but the caravan itself is not very easy to find, its a bit out of the way, but buses stop outside the caravan site to take you to ingoldmells and skegness!

Within walking distance of the beach and local amenities including the fairgrounds that you can see from the window. Site itself is quite so a good nights sleep. A local Morrisons on-site that has what your need.

We enjoyed our short two night stay in the van. Had no trouble finding the van. Dog loved the veranda sitting there chatting to the neighbours dogs. Short walk to the shop-morrisons. And a nice walk into ingoldmells. Everything you need for a few nights is in the caravan. Didn't really use the kitchen utensils so can't comment. One negative thing is, the beds weren't very comfy, we made do for two nights but gave me back ache after the second night. It wouldn't stop me from returning. Woody's bar short walk where the entertainment and decent-ish food is. Plenty of security patroling

Had a nice weekend break. Caravan was hard to find a wasn’t clearly numbered. Check in process was straightforward and caravan was clean and tidy. The radiators needed updating as were very rusty and air vents full of dirt and dust. Other than that the caravan was clean. There were some mold spores (very few in the bedrooms). Overall we had a lovely weekend.

could not fault anything we had a lovely relaxing time the camp is ideal the shop is well stocked the caravan was clean and comfy with lovely large sofas and big tv large veranda which our dog loved parking outside of van i would stay again and recommend to friends and family

The location was perfect for us as a multi age family 6yr/15yr plus 2 adults. Plenty of nice places to eat out, shop on site well stocked. Communication with the owner of the caravan excellent and very accomodating. Caravan plenty big enough so both kids could have their own rooms. I personally had the best nites sleep. Comfy beds. Huge tv, large verandah tonsit out and have breakfast and a glass off wine in the evening. Will definately book again.

Caravan was clean and tidy. However, the vents in the kitchen ceiling were disgusting, absolutely full of dust and dirt. Our only other comment would be that the radiators would benefit from a coat of paint. They are all very rusty and unsightly. Rest of the van very clean.

Overall a good all round stay. A few issues with a leaking shower but I'm sure it's fixed now. Grandson asked why was there no wifi lol, kids nowadays 😂. Many thanks
