The property was exactly as pictured, decorated nicely, and clean. On the small side, but big enough for two people. Oceanview from the balcony. A bonus screened in porch at the front of the condo is a great place to kick off your shoes and store all of your beach gear. Also has a view of the sound. The only problem we encountered was the elevator out of order for part of our stay.

Robyn was a wonderful hostess, had everything we could need and was available when we had questions. It was just a quick walk to get on the beach, and the deck had a great view , it was a wonderful place to sit and relax and read a book while listening to the waves . Loved the quiet of the condo, felt private , which was what we were looking for. Would definitely book with her again .

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days, and it was a great vacation. The unit was very clean, the views were great, the bed was super comfortable, and Robyn was in touch with me from day one making sure we had everything we needed. 10/10, Definitely would recommend staying here for your beach getaway

We enjoyed our time at North Topsail and Robyn was very attentive to any questions we had. Based on the listing the unit was further away from the pool and beach than we anticipated. Having a physical disability, using the steps is extremely difficult and walking to the elevator and then to the pool or beach was quite tiring.

My grand daughter turned 6 and wanted to place at the beach for a short trip. Found this condo on line and it was perfect. I loved both porches. The amenities were fantastic felt like home. Not institutional at all like some VRBOs. Robyn was fantastic to work with and the facility was quiet. Found some great restaurants and spent most of our time on the beach. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Loved our stay here! Robyn was available at all times even though she was on vacation in Ireland! We had a little confusion when we first got here (because Robyn has 2 units available) but friends in the parking lot helped us, called Robyn, and all was well! The condo was very clean, and everything was as advertised!

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. We loved the screened in front porch with the sound view just as much as the balcony and the ocean view. Everything was just as advertised and Robyn was great. She checked on us multiple times and we loved the communication. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Robyn is a great host, she kept us informed of the latest developments from Hurricane Lee as we were traveling there. She has a great property that is ideal for a couple. It was as shown on VRBO. It was clean and well kept, there was a little note book with a list of local eateries and some menu recommendations. Thanks again Robyn for a great week at North Topsail Beach.

I loved this little one bedroom condo. The bed was super comfy. My son slept on the sleeper sofa, no complaints from him. The view!!! Marsh view from the screened porch and a beautiful ocean balcony view, this condo checked every box. Thank you, Robyn!

First, we love the Topsail area first and foremost for get-away beach trips. Robyn's N. Topsail property is perfect for couples in our situation. The unit was well-appointed and just right in most every way. We will be staying again! The price and value were top notch.

The listing describes the condo perfectly. You can relax on the balcony to the sounds of the ocean or see a sunset from the screened in porch. The building having an elevator was really great with the unit being on the 4th floor. To get to the beach was a simple walk across the dunes from the building. We were out the door and on the beach in a minute or two. All in it was a great stay.

We had a wonderful time here. The balcony and screen room were perfect for relaxing after a long day on the beach. The combination lock was nice as we didn't have to bring a key whenever we left the condo. Robyn was a perfect host. I called her a couple of times with questions and she answered the phone immediately and was very helpful.

Loved everything and Robyn was huge help. Water pressure in shower was an issue and the closest entrance to beach was closed so we had to walk further... but we lo ed every minute of our stay. Veryclean/nice space for 2!
