First the beach is fantastic. Not crowded. Large. Easy to get to. Our dog and kids had a great time. The house is lovely. Clean, well furnished, well-equipped, laid out well. Everything is taken care of and not worn or in need of maintenance. Mostly the word that comes to mind is easy. Staying here is easy. Relaxing. You are well cared for. There is olive oil, spices, nice pans and sharp knives in the kitchen. There are beach chairs and towels for you to use, nice linens and mattresses. Nice touches like travel shampoos and soft towels and a bin full of stuff just in case you forgot a toothbrush or razor. There is dish soap and laundry soap. There is toilet paper and hand soap. Bring yourself and your family and enjoy the water. A great stay and a great location. Really thoughtfully put together rental. Thank you!

This house is AMAZING! Our family stayed there for Thanksgiving and it was everything we could hope for and more. It is right on the beach - where we enjoyed mulitple walks a day. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we've ever had in a VRBO - there was everything you could ever need. The layout was amazing with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor. Kitchen, living room and king bed upstairs - the views from the living room and 3 of the bedrooms were fantastic. Great gathering spaces and plenty of room for some alone time if you wanted. We definately will be back!

We went in the starting of the off season. No crowds or traffic. Water was still warm. Found sharks teeth, visited the pier, ate lots of different food, enjoyed the sun and fishing. Plenty of space for all of us. Access to the beach was amazing! Our older dog got tired of the stairs by the middle of the trip but was happy to nap on her blanket during the day. Will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful, well-equipped, and spotless home. It has easy access to the beach and a stunning view of the ocean! Fast, professional, and polite communication with the host made staying here effortless! We highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Charming decor, excellent beds and a well stocked kitchen allowed us to really refresh ourselves as we visited with each other after our time at the beach. We were very comfortable and happy.

Only negative to this home would be The guest bedroom upstairs does not have much privacy because on main floor with kitchen and living room. The bathroom is not attached to bedroom and only one on that level. Little bit of an inconvenience if that person likes privacy. Access to beach was. A plus. Beach amenities go over and beyond. Kitchen was well stocked and additional personal Amenities were a plus. Each room was very spacious and relaxing. Views in every room to the beach were great

Absolutely lovely home with direct access and views to / of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. The home was the best equipped rental I have stayed in during the past 25 years. Michelle is a super host!!! I highly recommend this rental.

Steps to the Sand was lovely for our family beach trip! Insanely comfy beds, great location and wonderful extras throughout the house. Loved the big island and open kitchen area— plus the beach views were fabulous! Amazing communications! Thanks for having us!!!

We stayed for 7 nights over 4th of July. House is newly remodeled and updated in everyway. The interior is nicely decorated and the host has thought of everything you need for a stay away. We really appreciated not having to bring beach gear or beach towels and having it all available. We also appreciated all the amenities and perfectly stocked home, no extra trips to the store for anything forgotten, Michelle already thought of it and had an extra supply. Beds were very comfortable and house was very comfortable overall with the beach just a walk down the stairway and out to the ocean. Our family really enjoyed being together here for a few days and would look forward to staying again.

House was beautiful, plenty of room, and 3 bathrooms was a plus!! Everything you need and more as far as towels, toiletries etc. Cleaning staff needs to pay a little more attention to under beds and kitchen table. Being pet friendly, hair flew out as soon as we turned on the fans. We did not bring a pet. Would absolutely stay again!
